Massive tone. Small footprint. The cl-3eq is a cutting-edge ¾ size travel acoustic guitar loaded with all the features guitarists have come to expect from Traveler. Made with Mahogany back and sides and a solid Spruce Top, The cl-3eq also has a lower cutaway and upper beveled top to allow for maximum comfort and playability. Take your playing experience to the next level with the built-in Shadow Nano Flex pickup, which is paired with a custom Shadow preamp, on-board Tuner, and Shadow’s renowned headphone amp technology. The headphone amp also has an auxiliary input so you can jam with your favorite backing tracks. The cl-3eq may be small in stature, but there’s nothing small about its volume, tone, or its advanced features.

Daughter loves it
Bought this for my 18-year-old daughter a year ago, and she loves it. The smaller size makes for easier traveling and playing. The sound is great. She loves all the details that make the guitar comfortable to hold. Also loves the built in tuner. And it is aesthetically pleasing as well. Would buy again.

Great value
This guitar is a great value for it's size. It definitely has some features that are only found in some higher end guitars. Great for travel or small hands.

Excellent small guitar
Sounds great for being a 3/4th scale guitar. Looks great and comes with great electronics for the price.

Best acoustic/electric travel guitar for the money
I purchased a CL-3EQ pre-release demo directly from TG in February. Unplugged (acoustically), the guitar has substantial midrange and is fairly bright sounding. There is not a lot of low end, as expected from a small bodied travel guitar. It does present a well balanced tone overall. Sufficient volume -- was able to hang with a friend playing a full size Taylor. Plugged in (amplified), it sounds very much like the TG video demonstrations. I run it through a Fishman Aura Spectrum; using the stock Concert image, around 25%, into a Roland AC-33 acoustic amp. Very good tone; rivals my Breedlove. Fit/finish on the TG is excellent for a guitar in this price range. The guitar is extremely light and soft case makes it very easy to carry/stow. The case backpack straps make it possible to transport the guitar over my back on my motorcycle. The 23.25 scale, 20 fret neck is comfortable to play once you get used to it. I did need to adjust the intonation slightly using a new GraphTech compensated saddle. The on-board electronics are good, very hot output, uses two AAA batteries secured in an internal velcro case. I also own a TG Mark III and use it when I don't need an unplugged acoustic in a travel situation. Overall, from an acoustic travel guitar perspective, the CL-3EQ is the best I have ever played - it's a keeper.

Soy usuario de esta marca porque viajo constantemente con mi instrumento. Y esta guitarra cumple los dos grandes requisitos suena muy bien sin conectar y suena mejor conectada. Además de ser de muy agradable presentación
