Maximum Pet Products Tough chew waterproof dog crate bed (Medium, Purple) 75cm x 52cm x 5cm

Very disappointed.. this bed is not tough at all. This is after one night with my Labrador.

My dog has eaten two beds. She gets attracted by the cushion type beds, starts eating them along the zipper edge and then shreds the insides. This mat has no attractive floppy edges, and no visible zipper to pique her attention. She has left it alone for two whole weeks, and I am cautiously confident!I have ordered a second one so I can stack them, because I don’t think this 5cm mat is comfy enough for our 30kg German Shepherd, especially as the breed are prone to joint problems. The maker do a 10cm one, and I would recommend getting that one instead if you have a big dog.I don’t think this would be any match for her if she did decide to have a chew on it, but because it fits perfectly into the crate and doesn’t attract her attention, it is better than anything we have had so far.

Not chew resistant with this furry (insert swear word here) woke up this morning to find chew resistant bed chewed and stuffing pulled out with the look of I don't know who did that, pic of said furry bed assassin inserted too

I have two miniature dachshunds and one is 10 months old and loves to chew anything he can get his paws on when I leave them at home. I was out of the house an hour and a half and he's chewed two corners. Definitely waterproof, definitely not touch or unchewable

My dog is a young lab and he does like to chew (but not excessively)- this is managed via an antler normally and he is fine. After making a hole in his last bed I bought this. Sadly after 10 minutes on his own while I took a phone call he made a hole in this too. I have given a poor review as it was badged as a tough product but we have had other regular beds have lasted much much longer with our young dog and have proven much more durable.

My 1 year old English Bulldog manage to chew on the corner within in an hour of receiving it. Not as chew proof as advertised. Very disappointed.

Put the matt inside my dogs crate, it lasted all of 3 minutes before the corner was decimated. However she got bored after 15 mins and the remainder of the matt has lasted a while, the odd time she'll pull some stuffing out but we'll see how we go. The other matt that I got which is exactly the same just in blue has lasted with the Border Collie but then again, he doesn't chew everything in sight. I've scored it down basically because it says it's a tough chew matt, I can't agree with the but overall if it isn't put in a crate with a demon Shephard, it ain't too bad at all. Definitely wipes off with ease.

I have two Boston’s Destroyed their previous bed in just over an hour this bed is still intact weeks after it was purchased there are no signs that they have been trying to dig it up or bury it so to me this is a good result
