Easy to setup. Materials are a pretty good quality for the price. Packaging was very good and you have the option to setup the system how you want. Waiting on a GPU waterblock and will have it running through this loop system. System is fairly quiet and you do hear the pump, but it isn't as loud as some of the other brands that I used. Definitely keeps my CPU temps down by about 20-30%. Overall, I would give it a 9 out of 10.

tl;dr: Not worth it, while everything was working the reservoir itself leaked and then eventually the pump died. It was mostly very simple to install this. The instructions were the bare-minimum for what I'd call acceptable, but covered everything except one of the cables on the pump which I needed to find a video for. The packaging separated things out nicely (although perhaps using a bit too many plastic bags), and everything you need is included (at least in the soft tubing version). There was enough fluid included to fill the loop even when using the entire length of tubing, with enough left over to refill the reservoir a little more than half-way to account for evaporation / leaks. For a little over two weeks this seemed to be working perfectly, keeping my CPU cool despite a heat wave. After that, though, I noticed the reservoir level going down despite there being no leaks in any other connections. After moving the reservoir I noticed there was a puddle directly under it, and after wrapping it in paper towels, I found there was a leak in the reservoir itself. While this would have been a problem in-and-of-itself, the pump just entirely failed a day later making it a moot point. After disassembling everything to return it, I saw that where the leak had made a puddle the paint in my case was being eaten resulting in an area of discoloration that's either peeling or completely flaked off already.

I am not noticing any overheating and the tubes don't even get warm. My kids love the colors. The tubes have more that twice the cross section of the pipes feeding my showers, bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen. I would like to have gone with a case from the same manufacturer. But, with the Covid shortages, I would have had to wait weeks. I was still able to get it to fit in a competitor case with no issues. I could stick my thumb in those tubes. They are huge. Filling was a lot easier than I expected. I would like to see them review and improve their instruction manual though. But, once I got it going, it was great.

Does what it says on the box. Swapped from a Corsair H100i Pro to this and dropped from ~38C at idle to ~32C on a 10700k overclocked to 5.0Ghz at 1.315V. Pros: -Everything you absolutely need is in the box (More on that later) -Does what it says it will do -RGB connects to just about any motherboard with the included cables -RGB is daisy chainable Cons: -Have to void the warranty to rotate the pump outlet -Pump wires are not sleeved and not connected to each other on the molex connector -Molex connector wires are poorly secured in the connector so they're hard to plug in -Tubing had an orange/red tinge to it compared to the Primochill tubing I ordered separately -Tubing seemed more loose than the Primochill tubing (hasn't leaked yet though) -Pump bracket is a 1/10 (may fit a 2.5 inch drive pattern. Otherwise you have to drill holes in your case to mount it) -Pump logo is on the same side the wires come out with the sticker on the other (so either side is ugly with no way to hide it) -Pump screws aren't long enough to be used on a normal bracket (such as one from EKWB) -Pump base uses an non-standard mounting pattern with 2 brackets on either side Meh: -Radiator logo not printed for a bottom of the case mount (it's upside-down on both sides) -Included wrench is only useful for tightening straight fittings (doesn't actually fit on the reservoir fill plug) -Fan connectors are obscenely long and hard to cable manage (near 3 feet long. Good for a massive case though) Recommendations: If you buy this kit you should also buy a few other things. 1. Quality tubing (Primochill includes loop prep and concentrate for 1 gallon of coolant) 2. A proper mount for the pump (EKWB heatsink housing doesn't fit, screw threads are wrong. You'll have to modify any fan mounts as well since the screws holding the top on are just barely long enough)

Very good quality cooler with all metal parts in copper. The soft tube looks durable too. There isn't any aluminum parts like some cheap Made in China one. This one is made in Taiwan instead. I bought it to cool my 350w 3090FE GPU and it keeps the powerful boy below 69C at 100% quietly. It makes gaming and machine learning all much more pleasant and should improve longevity (if it matters before upgrading)!

Wow! The pump is strong! I have 2 PC’s my big on with 2 triple 360 rads 400mlD5 pump and I’m impressed with this DDC pump. TBH I was sad at the size of the pump ;) but I was surprised how quickly the flow went. It came with the everything you need but tube cutter so make sure you get on. The CPU block is nice actually and is nickel so that’s a plus. I have this with the 240mm cooling a 13900ks no problems and it’s cooler quieter than my H100i. Planning at future upgrade to 360 rad and add a 4080s or 5080 later.

Do not buy from Thermaltake! I ordered my Thermaltake soft tube kit and install went through like a breeze. After a couple of weeks, the downpipe in the reservoir/pump fell off and into the reservoir. This did not compromise the watertightness, but introduced a lot of bubbles into the system. I requested an RMA, paid the $80 for advance replacement, and got my replacement a short time later. Because replacing the pump on a liquid-cooled system isn't exactly an easy swap, it took me a few weeks to get the time to replace the part. Upon opening the box for the replacement, the "new" unit had one of the brackets sawn off. It was not broken - there are no shear marks or pieces in the box - it had literally been sawn off and sanded down. I had clearly received a previously-used part that was returned. Because I use the PC for work, I could not go without it and had to install it even though it was broken. I figured I'd just get another replacement and swap it out later. I did not receive a return label on the box, so I had two broken parts and they expected me to ship the broken unit back at my own cast after having just sent me another broken unit. On January 3rd I emailed support referencing the case, with a photo of the problem. On January 17th, after not receiving any response, I emailed support yet again to ask for an update on the case since I was now in posession of two broken units; having paid for both. On February 4th, after still not recieving a response, I started a chat with a support technician. I sent them images of the "new" broken unit and explained that I'd like them to send another advance replacement. The tech noted that they could do that, but would need to charge me ANOTHER $80 again. I was pretty furious at that suggestion, that they would charge me AGAIN, so I told them to go pound sand. They did send me a shipping label to send back the first broken one, but the second broken one is still installed in my case, and only has a single bracket so it's all wobbly. Do not buy from Thermaltake, as they treat their customers terribly. I will never buy another Thermaltake product, and I suggest you heed the advice. Pictures of both broken units are attached.

This unit will run a basic custom loop. I find it superb for a single GPU and CPU as it is my own configuration, but if you plan on running more than that, then this unit may not be adequate enough because the reservoir may just be too small and you may not have sufficient force on the c360 pump to push with enough force throughout the entire loop. I haven't tested this and you have to do your own tests. It is very quiet and for me once I closed my case I could not hear the small noise from the pump. You may have a different experience based on your configuration and position of your components inside your computer case.

Seen alot of comment about pump burning out, ive had no issues just make sure you rinse all the radiator, cpu block and pump with distilled water as requsted in instuction as their may be small metal shaving from manufactoring process, but overall works perfect for my case
