I have both a stretching machine and this manual stretcher. They both give the same intensity and no longer use the big stretching machine. This is just more convenient. A tip i have to use a suitcase strap / belt; Wrap it around your waist and over the pulling handle. With this configuration it is just like sitting in a stretch and you can keep it held in a longer period of time. Plus you can see results based on the adjustment of the belt strap.This is a very amazing product and very pleasant at the same time material and workmanship is very reasonable for the price ratio and also the exercises make fun without diligence no price

I order this product to help me stretch out and that it does very well and its easy to transport. After years of not stretching and getting back into martial arts, I thought this product would help me regain my flexibility back as fast as possible, and trust me, it does that very well. Also, since its light weight, I bring it to my office and use it every day during my lunch break and then again at night after I come home from a walk or a light jog. However, I am a little concerned about the quality, although it hasn't broken, I have a feeling that it won't last long and the cushion handles on two of the bars are already starting to rip apart, I'll have to tape them together very soon. But for the price, well, its a gamble that I would do all over again, hopefully, it will continue to last.

I didn’t like stretching when I ran track in college and I like it even less now. At 53 I’m taking martial arts classes and the extra stretch has helped a lot with my kicks and flexibility. This legged stretcher is easy to adjust and store and does exactly what it says it does. Highly recommend.

I'm 6'1" and somewhat flexible, I'm not able to get to 180 degrees with it

As described, didn’t get a cheap one with ripped handles like some other people, works great and my 6’6 boyfriend can use it as well. Would’ve loved that strap tho

When trying to use the pivot point alls apart, totally unstable and does not work as described. No wonder the pictures of people doing splits NOT using the actual product correctly.

I was nervous about ordering at first because of my height( 6ft) but it works perfect and my shikodachi is improving as well as my side kicks

it's really nice to relax into the stretch while watching tv with the back strap attached. Am not able to do a split yet but I think it's working
