Safari Ltd. Mythical Unicorn Figurine - Realistic Hand-Painted 5.5" Fantasy Themed PVC Figure - Educational Toy for Children Age 3+

Recently I showed my three year old son. "The Last Unicorn" and he loved the movie. I decided to get him a sturdy figure to play with. It is really hard to find a nice standard unicorn that doesn't have a horse tail or cutie mark or rainbow sparkle whatever. This figure is great. She is pretty with slight silver accents and the little flowers in the mane. Nothing over the top. So far it has held up well. He is not gentle and is currently slamming it on the guardrail for his trampoline. Don't hesitate. Perfect unicorn for a little boy or anyone really. I will be buying more Safari figures.

Real quick, im the Dad that ordered this for my daughter cause, well, she like Unicorns...Anyway, this is a great sturdy toy however my wife wont let her play with them because she thinks the horn will break off.The horn is shorter and more "stiff" then the Schleich Unicorn and I found that if you really try to break the horn off, then it will come off, but other then that, its a sturdy toy.My daughter loves it and that is really the important factor. A little smaller then I thought but still worth the purchase.I bought both FYI, Schleich & Safari Ltd

I really get sick of seeing horses with narwhal tusks. I mean, they're cool, but I really prefer the older, weirder, wilder look, with chimeric features like the body of the horse, a lion's tail, and cloven hooves.Thus far Safari's the only toymaker I can find who are making unicorns with this weird body plan, and the toy itself is sturdy, though I can sense a weakpoint in the horn. The feathers and tail hair, too, have this really pretty sparkle paint which has held up over about a year of display. The rear half of the toy has darkened for some reason over the same period, though.At any rate, recommended for fans of oldschool unicorns. Let's hope more companies follow suit and give us something besides horses with narwhal tusks!

My daughter wanted a unicorn on her cake this year, and i was having trouble finding an actual topper. I decided to try this toy out on a sheet cake full of flowers and butterflies and she LOVED it! Now she has it in her toy box, i can see the horn might break off fairly easily, but so far its intact. It made my 4 year olds day!

My daughter wanted a unicorn cake and we came across this to use as a cake topper. It was a bit heavy for the cake but it's nice that she can keep it and play with it after the party. It was like having an extra present and she is thrilled to add it to her collection of unicorns.

This is one of the prettiest unicorns i have ever seen! It is neat and classy. The size is perfect for me to place it in my living room. I am a unicorn collector and this is definitely one of the most valuable since we dont have this in the Philippines. 😊🦄💕 Thaaaaaank you!!!!

I purchased this as a topper for a three-year-old "beautiful unicorn" birthday cake. It's lovely - very magical with the few colored flowers in flowing mane. I was very impressed with packaging - well protected. The horn even had its own individual cover. My granddaughter will be delighted and will have a lovely toy to use in her imaginative play. Very nice product. I would definitely recommend.

Good looking, good size. This toy is not as good quality as Schleich ones... The paint leaked at some places and the details are not as precise. Still, it is durable and nice and my kids appreciate it very much. Good quality for the price...

Das Einhorn habe ich als Geschenk für einen Kindergeburtstag geholt. Das Mädchen wollte gern ein Einhorn haben, hatte aber schon sämtliche Schleichvariationen. Dementsprechend viel meine Wahl auf dieses schöne Tier.Ich muß auch zugeben, ich war begeistert als es ankam. Es ist einfach wuderschön und sieht sehr ralistisch aus. Dementsprechend gab es auch leuchtende Augen beim Geburtstagskind.Die Mähne der Schweif und der Fesselbehang glänzen zusätzlich noch.Da ich schlechte Erfahrungen mit Bullylandfiguren bezüglich abbrechender Teile usw. hatte, habe ich auch nach einigen Wochen nochmal nachgefragt wie sich die Figur gehalten hat. Mir wurde gesagt, daß die Farben sich super gehalten haben und auch nichts abgebrochen ist.Also ein wirklich lohnender Kauf für kleine Fantasiefreunde.

Für einen kleinen Fan der "Sternenschweif"-Bücher suchte ich ein Spielzeug-Einhorn, das der Beschreibung aus den Geschichten nahekommt. Sehr beliebt sind ja bei den meisten Kindern die Figuren von Schleich, Bullyland oder Papo. Die Einhörner dieser Anbieter sind ohne Frage auch sehr schön, aber "Sternenschweif" ist nun einmal schneeweiß. Die Produkt-Abbildung des Safari-Einhorns ist zwar zunächst vielversprechend, aber sie mutet an wie eine Zeichnung. Das verunsicherte mich. Ich habe das Einhorn dann trotzdem bestellt und kann jetzt sagen, dass es wirklich meine Erwartungen weit übertrifft! Das Gesicht des Spiel-Fabeltieres ist sanft und freundlich modelliert. Die Pferdefigur ist hervorragend ausgestaltet: naturgetreu, korrekt proportioniert und sehr detailliert. Der Körper des Einhorns ist tatsächlich schneeweiß; Mähne, Schweif, Fesselbehang und Horn sind im selben Farbton mit Perlmuttglanz versehen. Mit Bezug auf die Bücher hat der Betrachter geradezu das Einhorn Sternenschweif im Mondlicht vor Augen. Besonders gut gefällt mir außerdem, dass auch die Elfen-Figuren der o. g. anderen Hersteller wunderbar mit dem Einhorn kombiniert werden können. Da ist fantasievolles Spielen garantiert.
