Poor Print Quality & Ink Didn’t Last
I purchased these replacement ink cartridges for my HP OfficeJet 3830, and unfortunately they did not perform well. The print quality was very poor from the beginning. My business cards came out faded, grainy, and covered with missing ink spots, making them unusable. I also noticed that the ink didn’t last very long. I didn’t print a large number of pages before the cartridges started producing poor-quality prints. I tried troubleshooting my printer, including cleaning the printheads, but the issue remained. After switching cartridges, the difference was noticeable, so I believe the problem was with the ink cartridges themselves. I was really disappointed because I was hoping to save money with a compatible brand, but in my experience, these cartridges were not worth it. I would not purchase them again for my HP OfficeJet 3830. This review is honest, explains what happened, and includes the photo as evidence, which can be helpful for other buyers.

Quick Response Time!
I ordered these as a more affordable alternative to HP ink. The lady in the customer service phone call helped me make sure I’ll ordered the correct ones. When I got them, the color cartridge worked fine, but I was having issues with the black cartridge. I emailed them and explained what was going on. They responded every time within the same business day. They quickly shipped a replacement pack out. I will order from them again!
