High Quality Files
Wow. I just got these in the mail a couple of days ago and tried them right away. Let me just say they do not disappoint!! I use them on my natural nails (they're pretty healthy since I get regular manicures) and they work like a dream. I've included a picture with the grit strengths I use most on my nails. I really enjoy the 180 file for cleaning and shaping the sidewalls and edges of my nails but also for shortening the length of my nails. The 240 file which isn't in my pictures also works excellent for sshortening and shaping. I then use the 220/280 grit for gently buffing the surface of my nails. Finally I use the 1000/4000 grit for shining the face of my nails. The quality of these nail files is indisputable: no transferring of dye or removal of grit scales. Seems like these files will last a long time. Well worth the price. I've ordered a couple of different brands from Amazon in the past; this one is easily the best by a long shot.

These are so much better than others
These are awesome and helped me perfect my nails when I use the dipping powders. I love how the box actually tells you how to use them so don’t throw that away. But I’m so used to getting things with no instructions and this had them right on the box. What to use each file for. And they worked great. I’m just learning how to use the dipping powder and I was coming out with bumpy nails even with my other buffer. Today I did my nails and used the buffer in this package and it was the first time my nails look almost like they were done in a salon. I loved it

Great variety set of files
I am new at doing my nails at home with polygel and wanted a good variety of files. This set is great and I am glad I purchased it. There are several grits of file to choose from and I was able to file my polygel nails perfectly from start to finish with these files. They seem to be durable and I am very happy with the value of the set for the price I paid.I definitely recommend these files and will repurchase them as needed in the future.

Ok
This is a great filing set. I use them for dipped nails. The only down side is they wear down fast. They may be best use for a longer time on natural nails and not dip powder or gel.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, great product!
Absolutely as described and better quality than I could have imagined for the price. A file for any possible need with the grit number right in the files and easy to read. I have been relearning your do my own nails with the quarantine and one thing I was struggling with was shaping, filing, polishing my “naked nail” this set solves all those problems. With extra strong reading glasses and a nice, bright light I’m actually enjoying doing my nails, myself, on my schedule.

It's great
I love this file set. I use all of the files when doing my polygel nails. This will last longer depending on the type of thing your filing. Eg. Acrylic will be harder to file and more damaging to the files than your natural nail or polygel. My fav file in this is the 150 grit, I use it to shape my polygel nails.

Nice files but bad choice of grits
I have a medical condition that gives me weak nails with cracks & grooves. I needed a set of files to smooth & Polish cracks. I like the combination of flexible and stiff files. However, the grits could be better.Stiff files:(same grit on both sides) 150, 180, 240. There should be bigger gaps between them.Flexible files:(different grit on each side)100/180, 220/280, 1000/4000The grit choices are bad. Only one side has writing so I couldn't tell grits on the 220/280. Also the gaps between the grit numbers were too small. Going from 280 to 1000 is ridiculously large.I still managed to get the job done with smooth shiney work, but it could have been easier.
