Great Mexican Street Corn Topping
I love Mexican Street Corn... This cheese is exactly the cheese the vendors use... it's not too salty, it's nice and firm and the taste is authentic to!!!! ... Boil or steam the corn. Let cool, then spread Mayo and the Crumpled Queso Fresco Cheese, Top with Cayenne or Paprika and BAM!!!!!!

Queso for my tamales
It arrived the day I ordered for my tamales 🫔. It is great, I forgot to pick up when I was at the store that morning. Amazingly cheaper than the store and made the tamales a lot more tasty.
