Compression is good for muscle strain not too tight. I bought the small and it fit just right. I loved the feel I think I got better faster

I went through 3 different brands before I was able to find the right fit with CEP. They are true to size so make sure you measure your arm before making your choice. Just the right amount of compression. I have a small arm and wrist but the it was the large that fit me just right so be careful when choosing your size. I would buy these again and recommend them to others

I measured and bought the one according to the size chart but they are slightly bigger. I put both on the left arm and that was the right amount of compression. I was able to get back to lifting. Didnt think these would work but it was exactly what I needed
