what are the 2 color details pages used for?

The outside of the portfolio pictures are just an idea of what you can do with this. I bought this for my 12-year-old granddaughter. She wants to be an interior designer. This has kept her busy for hours.

Is this item only for children, or could it be used for a homeowner for room design and furniture planning?

Adults can use it too but dont expect too much. The stencils are pretty simple looking; no fancy details, just a simple outline. Also, the "room" space is pretty small so you draw a sofa and a table and the page is full.

Can you order more stickers? It didnt come with very many.

Yes! Just google it and you should see an option to order more stickers.

Can a 4 - year old have this?

I guess that would depend on the 4 year old, is she into fashion?
