The shoe rack turned out to be quite flimsy - the "shelves" just had a strip of cardboard of one inch width only in the front. The metal frame that is mentioned is just a wire on the top part. It will sag even under the weight of single slipper in every compartment.The return process and refund was smooth. Satisfied on that count.
