I started getting hot flashes, mostly at night and they kept becoming more frequent and worse. Waking up drenched in sweat and uncomfortable. Then the hot flashes started happening when i was talking to people or shopping or at work. Time to do something! IWasn't ready to get a prescription for anything quite yet so I did a little research and saw people had luck with this product. Went to the store... grocery store to be exact, and compared the different variations of Estroven and decided on the complete multi-sympton. I expected it to take a while, at least a month or so to feel any difference but I was having less hot flashes within the first week. I would say I don't have them at all anymore after taking these daily for about 4 months. I might get a little warm on occasion but no standing there with swear beads running down my face. I think perhaps I'm a little less emotional than I would be without the estroven. No major crying spells that seemed to happen monthly before. You know those commercials can be very emotional. Lol One thing I do notice is my urine has a stronger smell. Kind of like after eating asparagus. But I will take that over sweating and being uncomfortably hot any day. It works for me, I'm glad I tried it.

My gynecologist recommended this supplement for my menopause symptoms. My main symptoms were my mood swings and weepiness, especially in the morning. I am 55 will be 56 and it has begun, this is pure H.E. double toothpicks!! I was fortunate to get almost no hot flashes during the day BUT from 9pm-9am every 2 hours throughout the night up with a hotflash and a run to the bathroom, for nearly 6 months. I broke down and ordered these. It took about 3 weeks to completely kick in and I have been sleeping through the night for the last 2 months. I can't really speak to anything else it helps as this was my major issue. I may forget my daily vitamins but these I take religiously every day. I am sure they won't work for every one, but for the relief they have brought me it is worth a try for anyone suffering...

It is expensive unless you buy in bulk which I did, but it helps!
