Tastes ok warm and cold. Its strawberry without no dye in it, however more natural strawberry you might want to blend with real strawberries. I drank one yesterday and kept me wanting to eat more, I guess in way I should drink the shakes at night curb appetite. Drink for necessity rather than control, it helps tame lion, I haven't heard it while. I only eat when breakfast, lunch and dinner not when I hear lion, If I hear the lion I just drink one these shakes. My husband really likes these. For me it was disappointing because I have a milk allergy so my stomach could not tolerate these. He drinks them daily though and it gives him some added protein.
