Get them
I hesitated for a while after reading reviews for this product, some positive, some negative, and some saying they just don’t do anything. For fairness, I just received these today so I will have to update this review in time to let you know what longterm changes if any occur. So my first review is after trying them on for the first time, and doing a few exercises I found from a podiatrist to do while toes are in separators (basically, curl your toes down gently while wearing the Yoga Toes because your toes are aligned correctly, as opposed to curling your toes down with no separation). I’m a women’s size 8 wide after having 2 kids and I was a runner in my younger years, and evidently did not wear correct width in shoes. I don’t have anything severe going on with my feet but a recent exam and x-rays did note that my big toe is in the early stages of turning in at the joint which I guess means I’m in the early stages of getting, or have, a mild bunion. My pinky toe on each foot also curls in a little. I don’t have foot pain, but I can’t move my toes. I didn’t realize that some people can move each toe, and separate their toes just by simply doing it. Sometimes after a long time on my feet I get slight numbness near my little toe also. It actually feels tight and uncomfortable up into my ankle and possibly related, up into my shin to my knee. So, I want to be proactive in correcting my toes alignment and start foot stretches. I plan to wear toe separators as much as possible and buy footwear with an appropriately wide toe box- wide width shoes are NOT the same thing as a shoe with a wide enough toe box. Discuss this with a good podiatrist and get medical advice appropriate for your unique situation. Ok so now to get to it. I heard a lot of reviews that these Yoga Toes are uncomfortable, hurt at first, or stretch too wide. In my case, simply not so. They were so quick and easy to just put on right out of the box, and I feel such RELIEF to have my toes stretched apart! I find this immediately comfortable. Because it’s new, I’m going to slowly work up to wearing them for the sake of my feet not being used to the positioning, but as far as comfort goes I could already wear these all day while sitting. Why sitting? Well, these are thick including from top to bottom, so I don’t think these are meant to be walked in. I could, I just don’t think they are made to use that way. You’d want to walk in ones that are much thinner and flatter even though the spacing apart feels good to me. For that reason I’m going to look for a different brand to walk in that I can wear inside shoes or socks. I’d want the spacing to be as comfortable as these because it feels so good. And these seem durable for daily use while watching tv or night while sleeping, I’ll wear these anytime I’m not wearing shoes walking around a lot. If I do want to get up and walk to the bathroom or something, these are very quick and easy to slip on and off (for ME- people’s feet are different and I do see people say these are painfully wide for them, so it depends on your foot. Apparently my foot can take quite the stretch! And it feels so good) In summary, I’m sorry I hesitated and wish I had found these earlier. I think they feel so good and I don’t know that they will correct “appearance” much but I am VERY sure the stretch is going to resolve a lot of my issues with alignment and help me be able to freely move my toes and wiggle them with no device, and help some of the toe to ankle to knee discomfort. I will buy a thinner pair to wear inside shoes, and I believe if my doctor agrees it’s appropriate for me, I want to wear toe separators as much as possible and for longterm- of course, I will talk to my doctor, always talk to your doctor about your situation because everybody is different. But YES, so comfortable, I felt immediate relief and no discomfort, glad I bought these! Hope I can find just as durable and good quality of a thinner pair to wear with socks and shoes (and find a good pair of shoes with a wide toe box sized correctly for my foot) because these won’t help you if you still cram your feet into shoes that caused the problems in the first place.

A Must for Happy Feet
I've suffered with plantar fasciitis off and on for a few years now. The first two toes on my left foot, also get crampy and tingly when I run. Even with supportive tennis shoes and orthotics, my feet weren't 100% happy. I tried these on a whim and I am beyond happy I did. As other reviewers have stated, they are painful the first time you put them on. Over time, my toes have gotten used to being stretched and I can wear these for over an hour at a time. The pinky toe on each of my feet is still struggling to get with the program, but I'm hopeful they will catch up with the rest. I've been using these for close to a month now and I can already tell the difference. The toes on my left foot don't go all numb and tingly after a run, and I haven't had any heel pain when I walk. I plan to continue to use these and hopefully keep my feet happy. Highly recommend.

Great for stretching, easy to clean and use, but not designed for everyone
If you’re trying to make your toes happier then consider buying these babies. I’ve had two foot surgeries and usually after working out either one or both of my feet are unhappy. I bought these with the intention of using them for after exercise release of tension in all the little muscles connecting to your toes. I use for 15 minutes, twice a day, and the immediate relief I feel after finishing toe stretching is game changing. I have no insight into correcting toe position/tracking problems, I won’t make any claims on that topic. Also, you really can’t walk around in these, so please don’t try. Set aside 15-20 minutes to watch an episode of something you like and treat your toes right! I see other reviews mentioning how painful they are to wear. If they are truly painful I would say stop using them, but also keep in mind that sometimes new stretches are challenging and feel uncomfortable. Also x2 they do attract pet hair and fluff, but you can just wash em off in warm water to clean. These are a pretty low maintenance item.

Solid toe spreaders
I’m a Size 7 shoe, ordered the yoga toes X-small, and am happy with the size. Placed the separators between the toe pads (rather than pushing them down as far as possible) to get the max spread for big toe and the pinky to sit straight. They feel nice overall! I don’t think I’ll be doing much walking in these though and definitely can’t wear my house shoes in them. But what did I really expect? Plus, can’t beat made in the USA. ❤️ Meanwhile, remember to stretch and strengthen feet and legs for bunion mitigation/relief. Update: within a day I learned the hard way that the stems that go between the toes are of *folded* silicone. One crimped on itself an unnoticeable bit as I slid it between my toes, which I didn’t realize until a painful dent in my toe due to cut circulation was screaming at me. I wish the stems were solid to ensure a smooth surface between the toes, especially since they’re under a lot or pressure here. So, if you get these rather than the gems (which appear to have solid stems) do be careful when putting them on.

Started Using Again....Big Mistake Stopping the 1st Time!
A year ago I bought these Yoga Toes, some other toe splitter and Splay shoes. I wore them all for a few months and went back to my old ways of buying New Balance shoes (4E) and wearing the expensieve $50 Dr. Scholls inserts from Walmart and replacing shoes and inserts every 3 months. Here recently, my heal pain hit a 7/8 pain factor when ever I get out of bed or a chair if sitting more than 30 minutes. Not overly crippling, but the last few days getting more crippling to the point I am hobbling instead of walking. Recently bought a foot massager off Amazon and been using it every day for the past couple of weeks 1 hour a day with no real noticeable results. I thought it was great and it feels good while my feet are in it, but no real benefit for plantar fasciitis. So today I was going to ice my feet and decided to do some MORE research and came upon a female doctor that says that Plantar Fasciitis is not really inflamaiton and to do 3 things to cure it. This was one of the steps. I have not tried the other 2 which is toes on a higher platform with racquetball between heels of feet and squeeze the ball as you lower yourself. Do12 reps twice a day. The other is placing a folded kitchen towel under the balls of your feet and rasing yourself then place on foot behind your other leg and lowering yourself and do 12 reps twice a day for both legs...lastly was wearing toe separtors....AS Soon as I put them on and walked back to my livingroom I noticed the pain was gone in my heels. There is pain inbetween my toes as these really spread the toes wide. But they do what they need to do just as the video says they would; Does using ice help plantar fasciitis? And we all no the answer is no...what helps is YogaToes...Best item for Plantar Fasciitis.

Quite painful but SO WORTH IT.
I love my yoga toes! I've been using them for a few years now and believe that my feet are WAY better off for having done so. I am on my feet all night at work and was getting to the point where I had to wrap them in ace bandages just to get through the night. My feet are wide so I had developed bunionettes on the outside of both of my feet which were unsightly and painful. The yoga toes were painful to use at first and I could only wear them for a few minutes at a time but as I worked up to it and my toes started straightening out, the relief was amazing! Once I got to the 20-30 minute mark I could start to feel the nerves all through my legs and right behind my knees relaxing in a way I had never felt before. This still happens when I wear them and it really feels so great. I got to the point where I could sleep with them and while it really made my foot bones sore at first (taking the them off was really painful initially!) I likened the effects of being able to wear them overnight to how it feels to have braces or a retainer. Eventually the bones move enough so you get used to it and it is no longer uncomfortable or painful. Nowadays I don't wear them daily anymore as I've essentially achieved the foot straightening and pain relief I was looking for but I do sleep with them about once a week as a maintenance thing or after a particularly rough shift. Highly recommended, especially if you are in it for the long haul. My bunionettes are still there but vastly improved as my pinky toes have now straightened out. My big toes are now dead nuts straight. My mom was the one who initially mentioned these to me and she has achieved the same effect as I have - and her toes were way more crooked! I'd say it took about a year of diligent daily use and a lot of soreness when wearing the toes but a lot of relief afterwards to achieve my results. Oh and a year of sucking up how nerdy it is to slip yoga toes on right before going to bed with your partner. But the results were worth it! *2020 UPDATE* I am still using this same pair of yoga toes to provide periodic relief for my tired feet when I sleep. BEST PURCHASE EVER. My toes are STILL straight and I HIGHLY recommend these for anyone with crooked, painful toes and feet.

Women’s Gel Toe Stretcher & Spreader – Use With Patience
Fits well enough, but very uncomfortable to walk around in—probably not meant for walking. Hard to get your toes in when they’re dry, so it’s likely better for people who don’t mind wetting their toes first to insert. Works if you’re patient, but not ideal for active use.

I should have just bought these to begin with
So I bought the cheap versions of these and they didn’t work. They also ripped and fell apart after a couple uses. I should have just bought these but they are a bit on the pricy side so I was hesitant. I’m so glad I got them though. They really force your toes apart and hold them in place. The spacer for the big toe is larger than the rest which is great. They’re curved too so they align to the shape of the foot nicely. My fourth toe on my left foot naturally sits half way beneath my third toe. It’s from wearing high heels for years. I want to correct that as well as a couple burgeoning hammer toes. I also want to improve my foot health and flexibility. I wore toe separators for hours after painting my toes so I thought I’d be able to jump right in with these but I had to take them off after a half hour which was great! I was so pleased since that meant I was getting a much more significant stretch. I’ve had them for a couple months now and I can wear them for an hour or two a day. They’re a bit awkward to walk in but I want to spend a good amount of time wearing them around the house so I end up walking in them. That’s really the only drawback for me. They’re durable, easy to clean, and provide a deep stretch. They hold the toes securely in place and keep them apart. My feet feel so good after wearing them. Hopefully with time I’ll be able to correct my two overlapping toes with these. Highly recommend! If you want these, get these, the real deal. The cheap knockoffs are not the same (I know bc I tried them). They’re a waste of money. The real Yoga Toes will last forever and provide the benefits you’re looking for.

Comfortable and fits great
I’d like to share my feedback about the product. I have bunions and just started using YogaToes yesterday. My US size is 6-6.5 (XS) Initially, I found them very comfortable. I was worried they might hurt or be difficult to fit between my toes, but I didn’t face any problem at all—they were actually quite comfortable. Unlike other products I’ve tried that caused me pain, these felt good and provided a really nice stretch for my big toe. They also created great separation between my toes. I hope they will help improve the appearance of my bunions over time. Thank you, YogaToes!

original yoga toe stretcher
good strong quality but hard to get on especially the little toes. does the job though for bunion and hammertoe in providing the stretch.
