I bought this product after being told it was difficult to put up and seeing other reviews to this effect. However if you follow the instructional video on YouTube, it is really easy. There's loads of space for clothes, I got two full loads on it and the pegs for socks are great. The shirt hanger is very useful and saves on ironing too. I love that it folds up small to go in a cupboard. I bought this for my new house I'm moving into and it is very, very good. The motor is quite loud on full power, but it does definitely dry the clothes quicker.

Terrible. All clips holding up the drying rails snapped within 3 months. The customer service refuse to answer my emails because they don't deal with amazon orders and refused to point me to somewhere that does. The air function is expensive to run and ineffective as the fan doesn't attach properly so you may as well just be blowing through a straw at the laundry. Tried for over 6 months to get a replacement sent out as I'm so disappointed with the quality but at this rate I'd rather just have a refund. BUT the customer service has been so terrible the item is now outside the standard one year warranty period too so a complete waste of money!!

So far so good. I've been using a standard clothes drier and sometimes my washing smells foostie, so I'm happy to have found this. I don't expect it to be a tumble drier, i just need something to hang up my wet clothes and give the drying aspect a boost. Positive comment - it folds down so thin so easy to store. It was easy to build and im in a wheelchair so anyone can do it. One aspect that could have been improved upon and that's to include instructions. Thankfully I found the video on the original listing! Negative comments are the cord is so short and that one of the hanging bars has a dent in it 🥺 otherwise I'm excited to try it!

Good little product .The breeze part isn’t too impressive very loud couldn't use it in a living area unless you happen to live on a landing strip . Feels a bit cheap in some parts so a bit too expensive for the materials used . Very light weight and folds down to an impressive small size . Not worth the price but if cheaper would be a brilliant product

This is very easy to assemble and is very sturdy , but the only down fall is with it being cool air it does take all day to dry your cloths so I'm a little disappointed.

This drying rack is very good and easy to use . I washed my sleeping bag I hung it over the drying rack turned on the blower and it was dry in 4 hours and used less electric then tumble dryer . I hang my shirts on hangers straight out of washing machine and hang them on the rack dry and crease free .no ironing.

Bought this 4 years ago, and to be honest I thought this would last longer. Unfortunately most of the lugs that hold the racks into place have broken (see picture) rendering this useless. Clearly the racks cannot bear the weight of some washed items which makes it rather pointless. The cold air drying system is ok, but to be honest we rarely used it, more of a novelty feature than a practical one. All in all a poor purchase

Seduced by a TV shopping add again, when will I ever Learn? I thought this would be a great replacement for my electricity gobbling tumble drier. I waited in anticipation for it to arrive, going as far as doing some washing in readiness. It arrived, and was fairly easy to assemble I arranrged all my washing on it, and switched on the fan. The fan is really noisy in my small house, and beca e 7nbearable after 20 minutes, also the air was cold so goodness knows how ling ckothes would have taken to dry. If my dog hadn't taired the box to bits I would have sent it straight back, what a waste of £60 :-(

The product was as advertised. It came with an English plug - the sort I cannot get a UK adaptor for, to fit the type of sockets in my apartment. I tried to take it apart and return it - but there was a risk of some of the parts breaking - so I asked the seller for help with instructions as to how to safely dismantle it. The connectors just push and click to assemble, to take apart....., that's a whole different ball game! There was no answer using the Customer Services number given. I contacted the seller via Amazon. The response was: 1. Get an adaptor - I'd already explained that was not possible. 2. *We don't manufacture them, we only sell them" 3. If you return it and the reason isn't that the item is damaged or late, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee, plus postage costs! There was no attempt to help me find a way to safely take dismantle the item so I could return it in the box it came in. As it was, with it still partially assembled, it would not fit in the box - and I have yet to find one which it will fit into. Surely there must be a way to take apart something which comes ready to assemble, if you can do one you should be able to do the other? If I can find a box I will return it, but I most certainly will not pay a restocking fee that is just ludicrous. This is not a company that is remotely interested in good customer relations or service - they're only concerned about the money. I will definitely not be using them again. The only reason it has one star is because the item I ordered, was actually the item I received.
