Knee joints less painful since taking these

I buy this for my dogs, who are seniors now, and it has really helped their mobility. So much so, that my 88 year old Dad now takes it too and has also noticed a big difference in his movement and mobility. He is the most skeptical person you could meet, so when he improved he thought it was just coincidence and stopped taking it. After less than 2 weeks of stopping it, he noticed such a difference, he was struggling with movement and walking and increased aches and pains, that he asked me to order him some more and hasn't stopped taking it again since. To be honest, I dont think I expected it to work as well as it does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone for themselves or their dogs.

I bought these after reading other reviews for me and the dog, or rather my creaking aging knees and my elderly dog's stiff joints. I bought 2 containers, and at first everything seemed fine, it took a couple of weeks for one a day to seem like they were working. But towards the end of the first container, so about 4 weeks in I noticed that my knees seemed slightly swollen so I stopped taking them. Perhaps one a day indefinitely just wasn't for me and perhaps they are better if taken every other day or maybe just 2 or 3 a week. I suppose it depends on why you're taking them. The capsules themselves are quite big, so I used to pull them apart and empty the powder into a glass of fruit juice. Yes there is a strong 'fishy' smell/taste but it's green lipped mussel and would be living in the sea so you can't really expect them not to smell or taste 'fishy'. The dog seemed fine on them but just limiting him to a couple a week now.

I haven’t had time to say if they are working as this is the first month. Still taking no them and so is my Spaniel 😋

They are a great anti inflammatory product.

As a serious arthritis sufferer, I heard great things about these, however they did not work for me. I also suffer from gout, which I found they did seem to start in an old ankle wound. That could be a coincidence however I have not had any pain from that for over 30 years. Not a negative from me, but just be aware.
