These resistance bands really rock! They are strong, very sturdy and very tight. They come in a great pouch and even come with a one-year warranty. I have purchased bands in the past that wore out very quickly and had to be thrown out. These provide a great work out for any fitness level. My 75-year-old mother tried them out and loved them and I will be purchasing a set for her to use on her off days from physical therapy. I love that they can be washed also. Washing instructions are included. Definitely a great buy and a great price!

These just came in the mail right on time and I’m really impressed by the quality so I wanted to right my first impressions and then I will update after multiple uses!This was one of the least expensive fabric bands sets I found so I’m very pleased to see how well made and strong they are. I haven’t brought these to the gym yet but just from squat tests at home, they seem super durable and again just really good quality. The colors are so nice and the three bands fit together in the carrying bag great. There’s one small stain on the heaviest resistance band in the set (mint green) but it’s hardly noticeable. Very excited to have gotten this set for such a good price. These could be a hidden gem on Amazon!

I was a little hesistant because of the price butt SOOO WORTH IT! They are amazing quality and you get 3 of them! I've seen some of these exact bands go for $20 a piece! I use them in the gym for added resistance. My husband even uses them for healing/stretching his jacked ankle. 100% worth it.

My trainer has these at her own gym and so i wanted to purchase these for at home workouts and they work great!! There’s 3 that come with so the price is amazing, and the resistance is great. Definitely adds some more sweat to your work out! Love how they are thick and don’t ride up like you see some plastic ones too!

I usually use some from another company and these are better by far! They are super durable, easy to use, and a great value! I am in love with the bag too. I can take them on vacation if I feel like getting a little workout in while in the hotel room. :)

Just yesterday I received my gorgeous awesome bands . I committed myself exercising starting this year and so far i haven’t fell off the wagon. Anyhow !! These bands work great and do not ride up like regular bands do!I’ve used themseferal times and they hold up the shape very well!

I'M NOT SURE IF MINE ARE TAKING A WHILE TO BE BROKE IN BUT THEY ARE A BIT DIFFICULT. I CAN DO SIMPLE WORKOUTS USING THESE,BUT THEY AREN'T GREAT FOR DONKEY KICKS OR OTHER LEG WORKOUTS. THEY ARE VERY DURABLE,BUT STRONGER THAN MOST RESISTANCE BANDS. I'M NOT SURE HOW TO UTILIZE THEM BEST,BEING THAT THEY ARE HARD TO MANEUVER IN.
