Cookies N Creamless Flavor 20g Protein Shake, 12 Ct

I purchased the OWYN Cookies N Creamless Protein Shake (12 pack) for $25.89 and it’s become one of our favorites at home. The flavor is smooth and lightly sweet — not overpowering — and has a clean cookies & cream taste without being artificial. My son especially loves this one and reaches for it first. The texture is creamy and smooth with no chalky aftertaste, which is hard to find in plant-based shakes. It has a mild, pleasant smell and goes down easily, whether you drink it straight or mix it into coffee or smoothies. It also works great as a base for add-ins like cacao, peanut butter powder, or collagen. Each shake has 20g of plant-based protein, which helps me stay on track with my protein goals, especially when I’m eating less. It’s dairy-free and gentle on the stomach, which has been important for me since some shakes can feel heavy or cause discomfort. This one feels light and easy to digest. It’s very convenient for on-the-go meals or quick replacements, and actually keeps me full longer than expected. The packaging is easy to grab and take anywhere. The only downside is the price is a bit higher than some other shakes, so I stock up when it goes down in price, but for the quality, taste, and how well it sits, it’s worth it for me. Overall, it’s a reliable, great-tasting protein shake that’s easy to use daily, especially if you want something dairy-free that’s smooth, filling, and versatile.

Decent taste and helps me keep my blood sugar stable-a little pricey, but better tasting than most vegan protein shakes. The chocolate and cookies& creamless flavor are the best. I did not enjoy the vanilla, coffee, or strawberry-banana. Edit: Also, OWYN vegan brand scored well on lead tests, whereas other competitors did not, indicating it was safe to drink an OWYN shake a day. I found this information useful as someone who doesn't want lead poisoning 😀

Use in smoothies. Excellent taste. No bloat. I would recommend this product.

As a vegan and a recovering cancer patient, this has been a life-saver for me as I recover from my surgery. I am able to consume it despite several bouts of nausea throughout my day, of course after taking my anti nausea meds, but it doesn’t make me feel all weird like other protein shakes. I enjoy the vanilla and the cookies and cream equally. Ok maybe I’m partial to cookies and cream a bit. :) I have ordered more flavors to try now. Would highly recommend to anyone who is vegan and wants a protein packed, easy to carry with you beverage/food. I don’t ding the points for this, but I consume very little or no sugar so sometimes when I have it all by itself, it feels too sweet so I have it with saltine crackers but please note that my palate is quite sugar sensitive so it feels like that to me. I still would buy this again. It’s good stuff and makes me feel so grateful that for my post surgery recovery, I didn’t have to turn vegetarian from vegan and consume milk-based protein shakes and that I have access to this vegan protein shake, which is not only packed with things my body needs so that I can heal and gain my strength back, but quite delicious too! 100% recommended!

These are not as yummy tasting as brands with fake sugar and dairy but I have been cutting all fake sugars, dairy and soy from my diet. So for that they are good, go down well and curb your appetite. So far Vanilla and Chocolate are my favorite. The only other flavor I’ve tried is the Cookie and Creamless. Sunflower oil is an ingredient and it seems to be popping up in a lot of health foods, I’m not too crazy about it but I think this is the closest to pre packaged clean eating you’re going to get. Sometimes you just need to grab something quick when you’re on the go.

Good but not what I expected. The cookies and cream flavor seems to have a coffee flavor. I am not a coffee drinker hence the reason for a lower rating. Otherwise, it is on point as described. I’ll be trying the prepared vanilla flavor. I’ve been using the powder, this was for convenience.

These are some of The best tasting if not THE BEST tasting vegan protein shakes I've ever had. The consistency is not too thick, good price for the amount as well.mots importantly it doesn't have that gross metallic,earthy,or medicinal taste you get from other protein shakes It also has a decent amount of protein. I definitely prefer these over the chocolate and will only be buying these in the future for sure.
