It does not stand up by itself.

How do I fill the upper half of the dummy?

There is an opening in the crotch. Put the dummy upside-down and fill. Pack densely because the filling moves around a fair bit. The crotch then laces up.

Does it self stand and can it be used for Greco Wrestling?

It does Not stand, and yes it is great for all wrestling and Grappling Arts.
