Having read the prior reviews I expected them to be a bit narrow. However, they were much more comfortable and better made than I'd expected. I have and will wear them again. Very cute!

Too big around the angels till they stick out and looks awkward

I am a minister and wore them for wedding so I was definitely on my feet for hours and they held up nicely!

I needed something 18th century-ish. Very stylish. And I thought it was going to be massively uncomfortable because I hate high heels but it was weirdly decent and comfortable enough. I was in them all day and wasn’t in pain afterwards.

I never write reviews but I depend on reviews of others when buying products, especially shoes. I typically wear a 8 1/2 Wide shoe. In fact, I have a lot of trouble finding shoes wide enough to fit my foot properly. So, based upon other customer reviews, I sized up. I ordered a size 10. I truly thought I would be sending these back for a refund, I've never had luck buying shoes online. I bought these shoes for a witch costume, thinking they were cute enough to possibly wear for other occasions. The amazing news is they fit! I havent worn them for any length of time as I've just received them, so I can't tell you how comfortable they will be. I can say that the toe box is a bit narrow, but again I have a wide foot. The lace panels on the side of the boot are stiff (which will make them last) but a little scratchy. There isn't any cushion in these so I will be purchasing inserts for comfort. All in all these were better than I expected. They are cute, better than the pictures in my opinion. If you are a half size, definitely size up and if your foot is wide, go up another size.

I ordered these boots to go with a Can Can Girl Halloween Costume and I am very pleased with the way they look with the costume. The black lace on the sides of the boots is very cute and I love the low heel since I will be wearing them for an extended amount of time and I don't want my feet too hurt like they would with very high heels on. Because most of the other reviews said that these boots ran "small", I ordered a 1/2 size larger (I usually wear a size 6 1/2 in boots but I ordered the size 7) and they fit perfectly. I would say that the reason most people say these boots run small is because of the way the boots narrow at the toes. As long as you order a 1/2 size larger, they should fit fine though. The only negative thing I can say about these boots is that they rub my legs right around the top edge of the boot but I purchased a pair of black ankle socks that have a lace cuff and I wear those with the boots and it stops the boots from rubbing my legs and irritating them. Plus, the black lace socks actually look like they are something you would wear with the boots so it does not look awkward. For the low price, these are great boots and I think they will look good with my Pirate Halloween Costume too so I will get more use out of them. I would definitely recommend these boots to other women.

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes… I order a size up so I can put insoles in them. The heel is lower which lets you wear them for those long days of events.

Love these booties, and got tons of compliments on them at my Tea-Party themed Bridal shower. Just know the sole is VERY Slick!! Little to no traction. The ankle closure is also very loose, do not expect it to grip unless you have thiccer legs (no shame, just an FYI for anyone who wants a tight top <3 ) . Otherwise they fit as anticipated, I ordered a 7 while being a 7.5 normally and these were fine. Sole is also not terribly padded so if you will be on your feet considerable, you may wish to add an insert.

Fantastic fit. Also have it in black. Perfect. Thank you.Although I'm more used to flat footed footwear, I'm beginning to get used to wearing this type once again like I used to in my late youth. I wanted to try something different and be able to wear over the festive season. Arrived earlier than scheduled.

I have huge feet and they fitted to perfection, soles were a bit slippery, lack of grip, so wear them in beforehand and would recommend wearing nude socks, not tights to protect against rubbing, as they did slightly, though I do have sensitive skin and am hyper mobile so could’ve been that? Look exactly like picture. Overall brilliant, worth every penny!

A perfect fit for me. Love it. Thanks. Wish it was in other colours, too, as I would buy more in other colours. Highly recommended to anyone who loves the old style/Victorian style.

Beautiful quality and design, this shoe was exactly what I expected. Although I warn you! I don't know if it's what the shoe is made of or if it was just the jeans but mine have been stained blue! Be careful what you wear with them!

love them, they are comfortable and look really good. I bought them as part of a goth outfit and they work really well. I shall be wearing them for every day use as well.
