Wow...what a game changer! I needed something to fill in old staple holes in an oak gate. Complete novice, had no idea what to do, so thought I'd give this a go. Gosh! It's so easy to fill in holes, putting different coloured waxes on and blending. The holes have disappeared and it was done in minutes. Just fantastic and easy to use

Based on some of the negative reviews I was a bit sceptical, but I found these very easy to use and the multiple colours meant I could blend them together for a more natural finish. Under direct sunlight you can still make out the scratch a little as the finish is a bit duller than the rest of the table, but generally it isn’t noticeable at all. Really impressed with this product.

I had a massive tear on the fake wood finish from some sellotape from moving home. I don’t think the product is meant to be used for large areas of damage but this seemed to be the best option. The result is not perfect, but good enough that the mark doesn’t horribly stand out anymore. I like that you can slowly blend in colours and scrape off wax if you think you have applied too much of one colour. I might adjust this finish more but for now I’m happy enough with the result, better than I expected.

Good idea in theory but they sticks are very very hard, and no matter what I did I couldnt soften them so really hard to use.

Fab product and easy to use. You might find it helps to warm the wax a little with your fingers to help it stick. I can't even tell where I did the repair.

Used these on my oiled oak parquet floor which has some dents, minor scratches and holes. I didn't expect much when I opened the package but they really do work! You can mix the colours to match your floor and the scraper helps you get an even finish. The largest 'hole' I filled was about 4mm wide and 2mm deep. If you feel after cleaning a few times that any marks need to be done again, it's easy. They are beyond easy to use and offer an immediate fix.

Product seems ok but not very well packed - came open in the delivery box and the “tool” was missing. Clearly they’d been playing football

We have light oak laminate flooring and my teenage son has a dartboard . He uses a heavy duty rubber mat but when the darts hit the metal parts of the board they pop out and cause holes in the floor THROUGH the mat. (What’s the point in these rubber mats?) anyhow, I didn’t realise this until I lifted the mat to clean. I was horrified to say the least, hundreds of tiny holes everywhere!!!! This wax filled them up nicely, I’m going to say 90 percent invisible. Very happy with the result. The dartboard is getting moved now 😁

Prodotto molto valido. Meglio scaldarlo per rendere la cera più comoda da spalmare sulla superficie da migliorare. Io avevo dei buchi nei davanzali e tirando bene e spalmando bene la cera e poi tirando via la cera in eccesso con la spatola che è in dotazione, sono tornati nuovi!!! Questo prodotto lo può utilizzare chiunque, detto da me che sono assolutamente inesperta nel fai da te! Certo, bisogna usare olio di gomito ma il risultato è ottimo!!

This Briwax filler product for wood is really good. I am prone to not being too gentle with our wooden staircase and have had a professional in to fix one dent I put in the stairs but a month later I did a gouge in a step. I ordered these sticks and they were super easy to use and you can get the colour you want by mixing the shades. My son was here when I filled the wee hole and he said this brand was way better than the one he has. So I really recommend these sticks if you have people in the household like me.
