Terrible quality, didn't even last a year.
They have a decent amount of bass, but within around a month the foam bits fell apart and piece ended up stuck in my ear. After around 10 months they would be crackly sometimes and randomly disconnect. At the price they are I would expect them to last for more 10 months. I tried contacting the seller but they did not offer me a replacement or a refund.

Cheap and uncomfortable.
For the cost I was surprised how cheap these feel. I was expecting better external noise protection, not much more than earphones with a seal. They feel uncomfortable, the earphone is too long to go under a helmet, sound not great.

I think these may stand out if you're using them for work.
The overall quality of the plugfones is a little cheap. The sound quality is perfectly acceptable. (especially if you like bass) The different ear tips are a nice touch. I personally prefer silicone ones. The carrying case is nice, however, I wish it didn't have "plugfones" plastered on the top. The sizes of the battery box and controls are smaller than I expected. So it won't stick out as much as I thought. The mic is probably a bit of a giveaway, I'm thinking of electrical taping over it to make it look like I've fixed the wire with tape. A problem I've had with these is that lot of earplugs in the UK are not the same colour as these. I've had a few people call them earphones. However, an idea I have is to buy a set of actual earplugs that look the same and wear those to work. Once people are used to seeing them, swap them out with the plugfones and no one will be the wiser. I'll link the pair of earplugs if anyone wants to do the same. 3MUF-01-020X1 - 3M E.A.R Ultrafit: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00ANO5WKQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Motorcycle use - recommended.
this review is for Motorcycle use: i've tried a lot of different brands and version trying to get an ideal compromise between sound quality and noise reduction. So far i'm very happy with these - in particular the sound dampening is very good as long as you get the right fit. I'm not an audiophile, and mostly use these for listening to podcasts, therefore i'm not expecting exceptional sound quality, but they seem 'good enough' considering that you can only hear as well as you can block out the helmet/ wind noise anyway. for my purposes, they work well, have been reliable, and i like the over the neck design, as individual ear buds tend to fall out when you remove your helmet. the plugs seem to fit in my helmet well enough without causing any undo rubbing or discomfort.

not good at all
noise cancellation is bad and the mike is useless in a noisy environment

GREAT!! but get the insurance...
Have been using these for YEARS at work ever since I found out about them. They are better hearing protection than the ones my company provides! (the foam tips are better; silicone tips are the same/slightly less than my work ones, but still very safe) Sound is quality. Not going to get amazing bass, but they have a good enough 'bump' to them, and are very clear to hear. Durability is quality (for me at least) I use them 8-12hrs, 6-7days a week in a warehouse environment and they have held up just fine for me. (but I am also sorta ocd about keeping my equipment in good condition, so your experience may vary) Battery lasts right around 12hrs on a full charge. Battery life also determines on what you're using them for; If you use them to talk on the phone for a long period of time, the battery drains faster than if you just use them to listen to music/etc. But the plus is they are fairly quick charging. If I know the battery isn't full and I have to work a 12hr unexpectedly, I can throw them on the charger for 10mins or so and they will last the rest of my shift just fine. I know it probably goes against everything you've ever been told when buying electronics, but I recommend getting the Asurion insurance it offers when you purchase them. I've been using these for years, 6-7days a week for the past 5 or so years, and every pair I've bought only lasted right around a year, year and a half before something internally went wrong with them. Whether it be one of the earpieces stops working, or the microphone stops working, its always something right around the same time after purchase. But the Asurion insurance makes it very easy to make a claim, turn them in, get reimbursed and buy a new pair. basically you're getting your next pair for only 8bucks with the insurance. Not a bad deal for a bit of a failsafe. Hopefully your pair wont, but just in case.

Great under bike helmet!
Tried a couple of the earbuds but they just wouldn't stay in my ears when I pulled my snugly fitting Arai DX4 over my ears. It would drag em out and option I was considering was to duct tape them in until I came across these. Was a little dubious but great result...., good sound quality, volume easily adjustable, cuts out most (not all) background noise and comfortable. Can also charge on bike. Reccommend

Great product. You get what you pay for.
I am very impressed with these headphones. I had very high expectation for these headphone when ordering them as they were around 140 dollars to my door all said and done.. When listening to them the first time I was impressed! Iโve owned a lot of the big name brand headphones (beats, monster, etc.) and the quality of sound you get from these headphones are on par if not better than these other brands. They also do a good job at keeping noise out (I work construction) but if you keep your music at a decent level you can still hear other people when they are trying to get your attention. Yes, on the downside, they have a bit bulky of a battery and control selector on them but that is to be expected as they last 12 hours and other brands hide these in the bulky earbuds which these are just small ear plugs. This is not an issue as the cord is long enough I just hide these in the back of my shirt so no one even notices. They also come with 3 other replacement ear plugs, a charger, and a very nice zip up hard shell carrying case! Overall for the $140 Iโd say I got my moneyโs worth. I have not had them long enough to see how long they last, but another guy I work with has had his for a year and has had no issues. These are a great product and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for earbuds they can wear at work inconspicuously.
