There is nothing I dislike about this 2.5 gallon container with the lid that fits so well on it!! The container is well made of thick plastic that makes this large container sturdy & not flimsy! The lid snaps on tightly & with ease & just as easy to take off!! The cost is well worth the quality! The lip around the container makes it easy to hold on to, to carry. I love that you can snap the lid onto the bottom of the container never having to look for the lid because it is easily attached to it! Perfect size for holiday meals & so easy to transport your food in your vehicle without the worry of leaks or spills!! I have had 6 of these 2.5 gallon containers. I am down to 4 because when you send food to friends or family they keep them because they are so handy to have!! I even put them in the dishwasher!! They are the perfect size with a no worry well fitted lid!!

I originally bought these to hold bagel dough in the refrigerator from overnight to 72 hours. Unfortunately, the gas released from the rising dough caused the lid to pop off. So, I started using them to store and organize dry goods like macaroni, coffee, wheat bran, etc. perfect size for my shallow cabinets. I’ve been using another style of Rubbermaid containers for years, but they’ve gotten quite expensive. These are probably fine for storing leftovers too. But not bagel dough. :-) I had to breakdown and cough off the bucks for the more expensive style for that purpose. Glad I found a use for these. Recommended at this price point.

I bought several for using soley to marinade meats. These are a great size, sturdy and leak proof. I like to cut my ribs in half, hit with the rub and place them in the fridge for 48 hours. These fit a lot of ribs of pork loins for the smoker prep.

Was looking for something to stash my variety of Christmas cookies every year before assembling my trays and these are perfect! These fit multiple batches of cookies.

We would always pick Rubbermaid over any other brand of containers. They were always the best and lasted a long time. The last few times we purchased these they put stickers directly on the containers and they DO NOT fully come off. There is a glue/paper residue on the container.

I was greatly surprised by the quality of these containers. They are huge, well made, sturdy, airtight and I can't seem to find anything bad about them even if I try. What more can I say...Hey it's Rubbermaid!...I just love them.

great size the only ones I could find between a size that would fit a box of cereal to a big pet food type bin. I am very happy with the product but I bought three at once and when they shipped them they shipped them closed so they took a whole lot more space then they would have if they had been nested, it was a very large box with lots of packing.

Great product. Awful stickers for packaging. They are the kind of stickers that take half an hour to peel off.

This container is huge! Bought it for when I make muffins, etc. A bit large for what I need it for. Sturdy container and the lid seals very well.

This is huge!!! Much bigger than I expected, which means I won’t get as much use as I’d hoped. (I wanted it for a batch of muffins, but it’s about twice as deep as I need!)
