Broo!! Lol, I had to write a review for this cream! In the past two weeks, I have been having a mild flare-up. On top of that, I had a bad cough. Coughing so much made me super inflamed. So, over the last couple of days, the pain became unbearable. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was about an 8. And I might have to go to a doctor. I was already using a generic cream, but it only helped a little. So I searched here, found this maximum strength, and had to get it. I got it yesterday morning, Oct 2nd, and started feeling better and better as the hours passed. Today, October 3, I’m about 95% better, and when I went to the bathroom, it wasn’t as painful as the day before, so I had to write a review. I never thought I would have to deal with this, but here we are! If you’re having a flare-up, try this; it will help you! (Not paid, 100% authentic, grateful review)

This is one of those products that does not need an elaborate review. During a painful flare-up, it provided fast, noticeable relief from the burning, irritation, and discomfort. The cream is easy to apply, and the aloe makes it feel soothing rather than harsh. A small amount goes a long way, and the larger 1.8-ounce tube is useful to keep on hand. It may not eliminate the underlying problem, but for temporary symptom relief, it has worked extremely well for me. A lifesaver product. Enough said.

Excellent, I just changed from the ointment to this cream, I use under my eyes and it lifts the bags under my eyes every day. This is much better.

Nobody is buying this because they're having a particularly wonderful day. 😂 But when you need it, you NEED it, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. The cream is easy to apply, soothing, and provides relief when things downstairs have decided to become... less than cooperative. In the immortal spirit of Dr. Evil: “It’s good for the hole.” 😂 Seriously though, it works well, the tube lasts a decent amount of time because you don't need a ton, and the aloe is a nice addition. It's definitely one of those products you hope you don't need very often but are VERY happy to have sitting in the bathroom when the occasion arises. Is this the most glamorous five-star review I've ever written? Absolutely not. Does my butt care? Also absolutely not.

The application is painful as the tube is hard. It works after a few days but herrmoid comes back after a week.
