This kind of woods take care of this fitting time, if any incidents totally collapse 3.The Wood Quality looks Only Good, But not the fine quality, is aware of water, 4.Some Boards are cutting the way is good to see,But fitting after the alignment is changed cross down touching And Main thing is I have received 3 times of this order, i received 1&2 time too many parts damaged inside and courier also carried out of myself and my wife, there is no delivery boy and there is no instructions followed, two of them carrying the product and delivery But there's one guy only came, that person also not yet to help he simply standing over the vehicle back door, The Good Thing is I So Many Contact the Seller Requested to Share the All details of product and delivery details, Product Packaging Condition details, They accept the All and finally send the Product, What consider the way to messages they followed properly and delivered on final it's over passed 18 to 20 days finally I got the product all parts zero damages, and i requested to seller kindly check and delivery the All product before safe and fully covered proper way,then only avoid the damages and customers frustrates, one more thing is please arrange all area,all city to installation services, Finally I got So much conversation with you, it's good to received the Replacement Thanks for your support and delivery the product and your consideration of my order 🙏 🙏 🙏

Quality of the parts is below average, woodens pieces required to joint the pieces were lesser in count so had to buy them from offline market.

PROS: - Top customer service from Bluewud! Cannot praise it enough. - Accurate dimensions - Finished product looks (almost) as advertised. - Assembly instructions easy to understand - Cheaper than buying it from store CONS: - Poor material quality - Back-side board white instead of dark (see pic) - Almost all boards a bit damaged at the corners (see pic) - Assembling it yourself takes a LOT of efforts. Better pay to get it assembled. I bought it for ₹5800, which was cheaper than similar units we saw in local stores. I wish I had waited for 2 more weeks as the price came down to ₹5000 during Prime Day sale (Regret#1). This was my first experience with a DIY furniture product so was quite excited. The boards are properly numbered and the assembly intructions are quite easy to understand (but not as easy to apply). You should have the right set of tools, without which this can be a nightmarish experience. The difference between a 6-inch screwdriver and a 12-inch screwdriver can be substantial. You will need: - 12-inch reversible Flat-head and Philips-head screwdriver - Hammer - Pliers - Paper-tape Firstly, this is not easy. Assembling the unit yourself takes a lot of time and efforts. If you are not accustomed to doing hard work while bending down (which I wasn't) then be prepared to get back-pains during and after assembly (which I got). Within an hour of starting assembly, one of the minifix housing pins broke (see pic). They give you the exact number of parts to assemble the unit, so if anything breaks or gets lost then you have to contact Bluewud customer service. I had to wait till Monday 10am to contact them on the phone but after that it was all a smooth experience. They asked for my order number, found my details immediately, asked me to send a pic of the damaged part over Whatsapp and I had a duplicate set of spare parts in my hands 24 hours later. That's it...it was that simple! Top marks for their customer service team. Next weekend I resumed the assembly and it took me roughly 3-4 hours to finish the job. The last part takes the most efforts, as you have to screw 8 3.5x50mm long screws in the base of the unit. Follow that up with screwing 16 3.5x16mm screws to fix the legs. The particle boards are too weak to use a drill so it's all heavy screwing. This is where a long screwdriver makes all the difference (Regret#2). Despite the easy intructions, it takes a bit of knowledge and competence to assemble the unit correctly. Reversing mistakes is not easy and any mistakes you make are mistakes you have to live with. The back side board is very thin and flexible. It should have been as thick as rest of the unit boards so you can see some cost-cutting there. Nailing the back-side board while aligning it correctly with the rest of the unit can be a bit tricky so use some paper-tape to hold it in place before nailing it (Regret#3). The Bluewud logo is a bit smudged and not as good as advertised in the pics. I would definitely recommend buying this unit with a bit of advice: 1) Wait for a good discount. 2) Contact Customer Support if you are not happy with the condition of the delivered package. 3) Get it assembled professionally from Bluewud if possible. That way the responsibility is all theirs. 4) Don't have unrealistic expectations. This is definitely a budget product and expect accordingly.
