Is this "grass fed" brazilian been, as in clear cut amazon rain forest?

Possibly... Vital Proteins brand claims to use Brazilian land sustainably, and might be worth checking out. This article discusses both the pros and cons of the grass fed beef's impact on the environment: https://foodrevolution.org/blog/the-truth-about-grassfed-beef/

will this help with thinning hair?

Many hair health products contain collagen and it can definitely help with thinning hair. Start slow and build up to at least two servings a day.

How many grams of collagen per serving?

A serving is 11 g and there are 60 11 g servings in a container, or 30 11 g packets in the single serve packets box. The best thing about this product is it has 10 g of grass-fed beef protein in each 11 g scoop! Love this product!
