Strong, dependable leader material that held up much better than my previous setup when bottom fishing around rough reef structure. PROS: Strong knot performance: Easy to tie solid, reliable knots without slipping Good abrasion resistance: Held up well against reef structure where lighter leader was getting shredded Right amount of stiffness: Stiff enough to avoid tangles and kinks, but still easy to work with Versatile use: Works well both as a leader and as a transition section from braided main line Low visibility: The pink tint becomes nearly transparent in the water, which I like for clear-water fishing CONS: Goes quickly: If you fish often or retie frequently, you’ll go through it faster than expected for the price Real-world use: I used the 100 lb test for the first time last weekend bottom fishing offshore in Florida. I fished the same reef spot where the previous week I lost 3–4 fish due to tackle failures (hooks, swivels, and leader getting cut up on the structure). That trip I was using 80 lb leader and it wasn’t holding up. With this leader material, I only had one break-off, and that was because the fish got under the boat in heavy current—not because the leader failed. That’s a major improvement in the exact same conditions. If you’re fishing reefs, wrecks, or other abrasive structure and need a strong fluorocarbon-style leader that ties well and resists damage, this is a solid option. I’ll definitely be buying it again.

Don’t hesitate and just buy this damn Flouro ! This is easily the best flouro line I’ve tried and runs amazing on a baitcaster without backlashing ! Super straight and no wind curls which is hard to find with flouro line ! Knots tie easy and exceptionally strong ! 11/10

I have started to purchase most of my fishing line from Reaction Tackle with its competitive pricing and excellent quality. The fluorocarbon 40 lb test line is great although I have begun crimping it instead of tying knots and find it works better on heavier weight line. I would buy it again.

This line is so strong. We have porch canopy tied down with this and is hardly detectable in daytime. Practically invisible from distance away. Sturdy enough to hold down canopy with 30-35 mph we've had with no stretch at all. I'm sure. In time, we'll find dozen of projects to use thus for including fishing... this is great product for various projects.

Its tough for sure! Just too tough to tie some knots with im my opinion. It can be done, but the fine knots are a struggle. This has 0 stretch to it.

This is a day one unboxing review so i cant speak to longevity of the product but from initial review there are no problems noted. Colors vibrant, matches listing. Very strong, but because of how thick it is, he is hard to tie a knot and if you’re gonna use crimps don’t order the crimps until it comes so you know know what millimeter to get
