I bought a 4 pack of at&t phones about 5 years ago and I loved them up until about a month ago when 3 out of the 4 started dropping calls and then eventually losing power all together when the battery meters all read full. I was researching replacement phones when I decided to see how much the batteries for these phones cost. To my surprise I found these batteries for under 10 bucks for a 3-pack. I figured before I spent over $100 on a new 4-pack of phones, that I would give these a shot. Boy am I glad that I did! These cheapo 3rd party batteries 'fixed' all of the phones that I thought to be broken. Each phone powered up and successfully made test calls before going back on the charger for 16 hrs as recommended by the manufacturer. These batteries actually have a higher mah rating than the factory ones but im just glad that these saved me from wasting money on a new set of phones. So the moral of the story is: If your (not very old) phones are plagued with the problems similar to the ones I was having, like powering down out of no where, or speakerphone speaker sounds like it has blown then give these batteries a try. If I had known how great these battery packs worked I would have bought all 4. I will be ordering at least 1 or maybe more just to have on standby. Excellent Product! Buy em!

My cordless phones weren't holding much of a charge anymore so I figured it was time to replace the batteries. After searching I found this pack for a great price and solid reviews, so I made my purchase right away. Batteries arrived quick and packaged nicely. As for the batteries themselves, they looked identical to what I was replacing and the plug that connects it tot he phone was the same. Phones worked as expected once charged for a full day. I did note one of the phones wasn't lasting nearly as long for a new battery, so I reached out to the vendor regarding it. No questions asked or hesitation the vendor replaced my battery immediately and I received my replacement within the week. Honestly for such an inexpensive product I wouldn't have imagined such top notch customer service, but the vendor stands by their product. The vendor even followed up to let me know my package was arriving a day early and to keep a look out for it. It did arrive a whole day early and just like the first, the item was packaged nicely. Replacement works as expected and the cordless phone is back to all day standby off the base.

Perfect battery. As long as you have the model numbers, you are good to go. No problem and fast delivery.

When I connected the battery to my VTECH phone, everything came back to life as I had hoped. The only criticism is that the battery and its wires are a bit difficult to get into the phone in a way that allows the battery compartment cover to close and lock. This is probably more of a criticism of the VTECH phone design than a criticism of the battery, but it's worth noting that you may have to struggle a bit to get everything to fit nicely. I've had other brands of cordless phones in the past, and they used batteries that were similar to the standard AA or AAA batteries. They used the same battery technology and lasted many years. Replacement also was a lot easier. The original VTECH phone battery went dead in one year, and I hope that it was just due to shelf age for that original battery and that I won't have to replace batteries every year with these VTECH phones.

My wireless home phone setup had been shutting down on me for a year, right in the middle of phone conversations. I took a close up photo of the batteries that came with the 4 phone system and carried it around in my pocketbook. Not finding the batteries I needed, I broke down and purchased a whole new system, thinking it would probably be cheaper than ordering 4 batteries online. I was not pleased with paying the price for the new system, so finally broke down and checked online. Amazon had several different types, with a variety of prices. When I found these with all the specifications labeled on them, I added them to my shopping cart. They arrived right away, I put them in all of my phones immediately, they fit perfectly and my family and friends noticed right away that my batteries didn't interrupt our conversations. (The newly purchased phone system was returned to the store and I saved a bundle of money) Very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent battery replacement for my five year old ATT wireless phones. Thought I would have to replace my phones because they were barely able to hold a charge and decided to buy new batteries instead. Even though these are 600 mah, they were listed as being compatible with my ATT phones, so I purchased them to replace the original 300 mah battery packs the phone came with and the phones have had a much stronger charge from the get go and the phones are working like new. I really appreciate being able to continue to use a phone model that I like so much that are not damaged at all just by adding new battery packs to give them a new life. This company has very friendly customer service and I felt from the enclosure that came with the batteries they were there to back up any problem I might have. I would definitely purchase batteries from them again and think these battery packs are actually better than the ones the phones came with.
