I wondered about getting a more expensive (I think I paid eight or nine quid at time of purchase) version, feared this might prove a bit flimsy, but in the event I think this’ brilliant. It might not last me out but while it’s going I couldn’t ask for better. I’ve had it some months and it gets regular use. I’d recommend for abdominal improvement. I’ve used a similar thing in a gym setting but worked for home You might want a chair to balance yourself on. Then bang on a podcast or the TV and I find the time flies without noticing I’m gaining muscle. I haven’t tried it while reading. )And I don’t plan to, might be a sickener.) Definitely worth it at this price. I can feel and (I think) see results. Though apart from staying on it for longer duration, there isn’t much scope for “upping” the exercise. You can’t turn-up the resistance for example. Only add weight with a rucksack or something. But the same objection could be levelled against a walk But walking’s free so no company wants a review of that. Well, maybe an outdoor supplier might want to push hiking. Somebody in the 🥾 boots department

It's about the size of a Frisbee and the plastic is not very strong around the edge. I wear a female UK size 8 and my big toe is over the edge by about 1.5cm

Good value but would be better if the base had a little more grip as it has the tendancy to slide around in use which can be a little dangerous. Also feels a little less substantial than expected but still works OK

I will be totally honest it says it takes 10 stone max. I weigh more and it did the job, I spent 10 minutes on this and I did a calorie test on how much it burns. And I found I was out of breath in those 10 minutes. It burned at least 60 calories in those 10 minutes, I advise that this is not for those who suffer from vertigo and advise that if you are to use it, it causes a lot of shuffling, so the diet is very important as well as you fluid intake. Its not good if you are unbalanced so start with a chair in front of you to get you on your way. Apart from that its not bad compact and fits into a bag so it is small.

I use this twister sometimes but it does work well. I wish the disc was slightly bigger.

I was really excited to use this product since a lot of the gyms were closed When it arrived, it was much smaller us size, felt a bit difficult to twist as if their was something restricting it Than when if finished using it, there was black dust like left in a circle on the floor where id used it Unfortunately I won’t be recommending it to anyone I know

Very good pleased with the twist disc excellent

I have size 5 feet and this is almost too small even for me! It feels nice to use but it’s a little awkward with its small size.
