⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This product literally saved my Dutch oven and I am not exaggerating! Here's my story: I was baking sourdough bread and had previously oiled my Dutch oven with olive oil. Big mistake. The high baking temperature (450°F+) completely burned and carbonized the olive oil, turning the entire interior of my beautiful enameled cast iron pot BLACK. We're talking dark, crusty, stuck-on residue covering every inch of the interior. I panicked and grabbed Brillo pads — another big mistake. The steel wool spread the carbonized oil even further around the enamel, making it look even worse and patchier. I then spent a good chunk of my evening trying everything I could think of: ❌ Brillo pads + salt — did nothing ❌ Vinegar simmer — loosened it slightly but not enough ❌ Dish soap + boiling water — helped a little but the residue was still very much there ❌ Scrub Daddy dishwand — great tool but no match for this level of burn I soaked it overnight hoping that would help. It did loosen things up a bit more, but the pot still looked like a disaster zone. I was genuinely depressed thinking my Dutch oven was ruined forever. Then I ordered Bar Keepers Friend Superior Cookware Cleanser & Polish with next day delivery. It arrived and I went to work. Within ONE cleaning session that pot went from looking like it had been through a house fire to looking BRAND NEW. I mean showroom quality. The cream enamel interior was shining and clean like the day I bought it. I could not believe my eyes. What took me hours of scrubbing, soaking, boiling and vinegar treatments the night before, Bar Keepers Friend handled in minutes. It's gentle enough not to scratch or damage the enamel but powerful enough to cut through the most stubborn carbonized oil residue. If you have enameled cast iron, this needs to be permanently under your sink. I will never be without it again. 10/10, absolutely worth every penny. This product is a miracle in a can!

I used it the first time time this morning. I had fried salmon last night. It left a burn mark in my copper pan . I soaked the pan overnight with detergent. When I rinsed the pan this morning it was still burnt . I thought I would have to toss it. I decided to try the bar keepers & it worked. It took all the burnt areas out. I am going to buy more . It works & very well quickly too !

Works like a charm! Imagine such hard work verses and easy clean. A product that is worth its weight in gold. Sparkling clean pots that looks new with very little scrubbing. Actually a simple sponge. I'm impressed... Wow! Thanks :)

I love this product. I sprinkle the product on the bottom of the pan, sprinkle water to make a paste, let it sit a few minutes, use a scratchy cloth to scrub away the dark on my stainless steel cookware. The buildup up removed pretty easy on the bottom of the pan. I also cleaned the inside which had the stains that take away the shine. Usually lemon juice will take these away. This product took them away with little scrubbing and no streaks. There is a slight odor similar to comet as the consistency is powder. So far the bottoms of the pans are still clean.

On cosmetics alone, this would be 6 out of 5 stars. As you can see in the attached images my ceramic coated cookware had accumulated a fair amount of brown permanently burnt on patina. Then it had a boil dry event with some sausages and no amount of soaking or scrubbing with the approved cleaners and tools worked. Neither did the soapy water or vinegar boil. The before shot here was after all that. Wet it down, sprinkled some of this in, swished it around with a silicon fingers sponge and let it set and soak for 5 minutes. Then lightly scrub with the silicon sponge for a couple minutes before rinsing. That is what got to the after shot. If I hadn’t cooked on it after that, 6 out of 5, mind blowing. But I have cooked with it. Twice. And so I now know this pan is no longer the miracle non stick surface it used to be. It’s still fairly non stick, but it is absolutely not what it used to be. And I can see in the way the ground turkey stuck to it the pattern of the scrubbing I did with BKP to deal with the last stubborn spots. There are clearly thousands of tiny micro scratches where I scrubbed.

I've heard of BKF, but never tried it until recently when I bought new stainless steel pans. I've always used baking soda, or salt, or some other manufacturer product...but never BKF. It took me to be 52 to finally buy it...and wow, what a dummy I was for not getting it sooner! The stuff is a miracle cleaner in a can. It easily removed long-time staining and burnt oil on several of my other stainless steel pots (some probably 22 years old)...but now those stains and remnants of burnt oil are a thing of the past. Stains came off easily with just a soft cloth and some of the BKF...I did just use a light scrubbie (scotch blue ones) with gentle pressure to get off some of the more stubborn stains - but still, easy to do without my elbow grease needed. Definitely easy to use, and will always be a staple in my household now. Light scent, but not overpowering. I would recommend wearing gloves. I didn't and my fingers/hands paid for it for days (just exfoliated them)...more annoying than anything else. So I will be using gloves for now one.

Removes grime from pots and pans. Also works on dinnerware scratches without damaging them. Just wear gloves if you have sensitive skin. My hands started peeling a day after I used it.

Holy crap! This stuff works too well! I bought it so I could keep my Blackstone cast iron griddle clean and this stuff took my seasoning off in a few seconds. I hadn't planned on restoring the whole griddle as I wanted to just clean it up a bit. I had to re-season it to stop any rust from forming LOL. This is a great product! I think it may be a little too strong for my application of it. If you want to get something clean that is greasy with food stuck on it, this is your product right here.

My stainless steel pan looks brand new again. Truly a wonderful product.

L’ho trovato particolarmente utile per riportare in buone condizioni pentole e superfici metalliche che con il normale detersivo non venivano più pulite bene. Su aloni, macchie e residui ostinati basta poco prodotto e un po’ di lavoro per vedere una differenza evidente. Va usato con criterio perché è comunque un prodotto abrasivo, ma per l’acciaio e le pentole è diventato uno di quei prodotti che vale la pena avere in casa.

La parte oxidada no se limpia fácilmente, pero al final queda completamente limpia.
