Review: Replacement Battery Exploded - I have only been using this for 6 months and all was fine, but on Saturday 12th December the battery exploded. The computer had just been charged up and my husband was unplugging it, when it exploded in his hand. It set on fire and my husband had to quickly drop the computer, which landed on to the laminated floor. I have several areas on the laminated floor where it has been damaged. The back of my HP laptop is also burnt and not sure if a battery will be able to be inserted into it. My husbands hand was badly burnt too. I am appalled at this, because if this would have happened in the middle of the night, while we were asleep the consequences could have been worse as it could have burnt my house down. We are notifying the insurance about this incident as we have been left with burn marks on the laminate floor and the back of my laptop is damaged.

Replacement Battery Exploded
