I bought this one 10 months ago with my own money and pleased with its features. It had all the functions I needed.What I like about this headset1. a long battery life 8-10 hours lasts during my working hours2. two devices connected at once... my phone and computer and my phone3. well-balanced weight neckband so when I wear it on one ear, it doesn't get slipped off of my shoulder. It still off-balance but better than others4. flexible neckband for portability5. decent noise cancellation6. easy control buttons, I can feel the difference on my fingertip which button I am pressing7. decent waterproof level8. decent sound and microphone quality (not listening to serious music so it is ok to be just ok quality)8. reasonable warranty periodOne thing I don't like is minor compared to its features/value but annoying.When it gets connected or disconnected, the announcement lady is so loud it almost hurts. I cannot change the volume.Anyway, a month ago, I started to have a problem with the headset. When I power off the earphone to disconnect with my device or to conserve the battery and try to power back on, even though it has lots of battery power remaining (less than 2-3 hours of use after a full charge), it does not start. I see the steady red light on the control bar right after I turn it off. I have to plug in the charger and then the red light goes away and allows me to power back on. I did not have a high hope but I contacted the company via Amazon. They got back to me via email in a few hours with a suggestion.It did not work so I told them. They got back to me the next day and told me that they need my address to ship a new one.I received a new one in about 10 days. A very happy customer! Thank you.

Ive used this for a couple weeks before I write the review. I give this 5 stars for very long battery life - I easily go 2 business days, with a mix of watching videos, phone calls. The on/off button is easy to find, raised slightly, and requires you to hold for several seconds - so no accidentally turning it off, LOL ! The cable is nice thick, so it does not feel like it will break. It might be slightly lower volume than others I've had - but still adequate. Noone I talk on phone with complains - so very little to no background noise on phone calls - this is good news. I had a similar "skull-candy" model (with neck band) in past that had lasted several years, and based on first 2 weeks of use, this will last. I did pair Bluetooth to android phone easily, on first try. Took 3 tries for a tablet, but once it paired, follow on connections were flawless. I like neckbands over just tiny wires - the neck back stays in place all day long, I don't even notice it. Black blends in with all shirts - and I like that the earbuds will snap together, magnet, when not in use. You can find it quickly, and grab a call, if needed. Great product.

I like these headphones a lot, I wanted something to use for hands free talking on the iphone. These are perfect, I have a different set for jogging and hoped these might work for that but the neck part bounces too much. For walking or using the elliptical trainer these are great. I don't agree with another review and I think the sound is quite good. Both for phone, podcasts, and rock music-alternative. I love the 10 hours of working time, my other sport units are good for 5 hours maybe 6 but I think this has a larger battery not sure. Lastly, I like the buttons you can easily turn it on or off and increase the volume. The magnet is pretty nice and I am able to fold it into my jeans with no problem, the unit comes with different earbuds the standard is pretty good for me and I was using these plus ear protection working on a window project and I was able to hear maybe not perfect but enough. They are just small enough to not injure my ears.I also think the neck part is good for not losing these as my sport models are pretty small and easy to lose track of. For 19.00 I think this is an easy buy!

Very pleased with these Bluetooth headphones. My ear is small, I don't like my old headphones, because it does not have a spare small ear-tips for me. But this one provides three ear tips to choose, I can use it normally after I change the small ear-tips and feel comfortable, really friendly for me. I am not a headphone enthusiast, so I can't judge how sound quality is, but I feel it sounds good. I just use it for a few days, and it works well so far.

I like the sound quality of these headphones (the bass is pretty nice) and the way that they feel in your ears. The first two pairs I owned lasted a while. BUT, and this is a big but, the two latest pairs have both had malfunctioning stereo. Within a couple of months, the sound on one side decreased dramatically. I found no way to effectively troubleshoot this by resetting them and checking online. I fixed the audio discrepancy by changing the sound distribution on my phone, but of course this made everything pretty quiet. I bought one last pair to see if this was a fluke, but it is not, and I'm annoyed that I spent the money. The newest pair is now quiet enough that I cannot listen to a podcast except in absolute silence. Like the product a lot for the price while it is working but cannot recommend that people purchase it when the break or malfunction so quickly.

Like: the price. Nothing else Really impressed me. The sound is good but, the "noise canceling" is a joke. Also, the volume isn't that great either. So, honestly.... Getting yourself A pair of betron headphones will save you the frustration, and deliver what you want and need in headphones.
