Usb a to usb c
You have to use a USB-A to USB-C charger, or these will not charge. It's kind of frustrating to find that out by reading other reviews.

Got the job done for my gaming mouse mod.
Can confirm the BMS is working as intended currently for my G305 rechargeable battery mod. Do note that PD with USB C to C will not work. The only way to charge the battery with the BMS in my current test is via USB A to USB C. Charging through your PC USB ports will work.

They work but better quality assurance needed
These little power management boards work nice with charging batteries. They come together in one piece and you have to snap them apart. The reason for 3 stars is one of the three boards had scratch across the PCB and the board did not function properly. I am assuming this happens durning manufacturing.

Wow!
For the price, you really cant beat these. Great for DIYers of all experience levels.

Works great whenit works BUT, and this is a big BUT....
I really like the charger but the board size should be a little larger so the mounting holes could be bigger. Not even my 2mm standoffs fit thru the holes so I will make a custom slotted holder from wood or Plastic.I put together a battery charger with an INA219 board that monitors charge current and voltage and displays on a screen. I have a raspberrypi zero monitoring it and sends an alert when things are done or if things exceed set tolerances. I plan to add temperature sensing to it for unattended charging so I can do things elsewhere at home. The next step is to add a discharge circuit for a full battery charge and testing platform.Of the 3 devices in my order, one failed (no LED's on at ANY time) but the device seems to continue to charge. I am leery of the devices now. You can see the comparison in the photo, one behaves as expected with no battery attached, the blue LED is on and the RED LED flashes. The other appears to be dead but still charges a battery, actually it will OVERcharge if allowed to.Follow up: on the device that had the LED's fail I was able to charge a battery with it even tho the LEDs did not work. BUT, and this is a BIG BUT, the TP4056 was allowing the battery to overcharge, so not only had the LED's failed but the overvoltage/overcharge protection was also bad. I find this unsafe so am dropping my review from 4 starts to 1 star.Update #2: Another of these failed and was over-charging my battery, no LED' indications for any state of the battery. Only one of 3 seems to be working.
