Amazing, but expensive. But the best priced after doing cost research. Bought 4. Gave as gifts. They loved them. Will buy again.

This is the 3rd type of flavor pearls (balsamic caviar) that we've tried. They are reasonable and a good price. But they are slightly less strong than the other 2 I've tried. I find I need to use more than normal to get the amount of flavor I want, on say a Caprese.

Bought these for my foodie husband for Christmas and they disappeared VERY quickly! He really enjoyed them with smoked salmon and cream cheese on an English muffin.

I was served this as part of an appetizer in a restaurant and was amazed. I researched them and found recipies on how to make them, but figured there must be an easier way...and there was. These are every bit as good as the ones that started me on my quest. I will save them for guests and special recipies because they are a little pricy, but worth every penny!!!

I prepare meals for VIPs at work and have used food pearls often. These sre nice and were packed well and arrived in great condition. They have retained their pearl even after being stored for a couple weeks in the refrigerator. The price is great compared to other pearls on Amazon. BUT...the flavor is where they are lacking. The flavor is a little weak. I prefer a more robust pearl. I have ordered more expensive imported pearls that deliver great flavor, more of a glaze inside the pearl than vinegar. A friend recommended these as an affordable alternative. For the price they are good, but I think I will go back to the more expensive import. Not being bougie, just want that intense balsamic flavor.
