Good vitamins

My teen girls love these vitamins and take them daily. They do NOT love gummy vitamins so this is the best option we have found. They do not hurt their stomach and easy to swallow, even being a larger pill.

The pills are huge making it difficult for my kid to take them.

It's great that there is a vitamin developed for teen girls. I thought it was competitively priced until I got the bottle and read that they take two pills a day. It's odd since the pills are the same size as other vitamins that are only once a day. The vitamins can be hard on the stomach. I have two daughters taking the pills. The older one had to stop taking them because she would throw up soon afterwards; even with food and even when I tried giving one pill with breakfast and one with dinner.

My daughter has been taking GNC vitamins for a long time, but due to her age, we switched to this more comprehensive combination. Initially, I was concerned about the tablet size, but it's easy to cut if necessary and easy to digest, so far so good.
