Good vitamins

Overall I feel that this is a 5 star vitamin. I have been looking for a good multi-vitamin for my 13 year old daughter. These checked off all the important boxes for me. I wanted to make sure she was getting the nutrients she needs and felt that she was too old for gummies and they didn't necessarily provide everything she needed. They are a little big for him to swallow, and I don't understand why they are a different color and flaver as compared to the boys version that my son takes. But, we just cut them in 1/2 and no problems. They are a little more expensive than what I would like to pay, but worth it. We take every night with dinner and there are no stomach issues or problems with her not being able to sleep. Overall very happy and will be buying again.

My daughter finds these easy to take. Smell does not bother her. Vitamin content is great for teens. Value is great. Effective for teenage girls.

My teen girls love these vitamins and take them daily. They do NOT love gummy vitamins so this is the best option we have found. They do not hurt their stomach and easy to swallow, even being a larger pill.

Most teens are just learning how to take pills. These pills are huge. The fact that you have to take 2 makes it even harder. My daughters still can not swallow one pill and have been cutting them in multiple pieces to try to take them. I am making them take them since I purchased the vitamins, but I won't purchase them again just due to the size of the pill. It is too difficult for them to swallow. I do feel that these vitamins would have been great long term though. I did a lot of research, and these vitamins looked great.
