Extra virgin olive oil extra virgin is the highest quality and most expensive olive oil classification. It should have no defects and a flavor of fresh olives . It must be produced entirely by mechanical means without the use of any solvents . And under temperatures that will not degrade the oil. Its not easy to produce extra virgin olive oil. A producer must use fresh olives in a good condition and monitor every step of the process with great care. Extra virgin olive oil does't stay that way. Even in perfect storage conditions. The oil will degrade over time. So its important to enjoy it within its two year shelf life.

no organic certification
its a good oil for cooking, taste indicates good quality, but what we do not know if the organic claim is true, since no certification is mentioned. in spain/europe there is a standard seal which shows the minimum organic qualification, but here it is not mentioned, so we can trust or ask the company to provide evidence

Not very happy
I am skeptical about the color of this extra virgin olive oil (it is really too green) and whether it is really organic.

Value for money, not best
Oil is good in taste, not a strong taste as expected. Aroma is lower than other available brands which are 30% costlier. Oil seems to be coloured (greener than usual Extra virgin oils I bought in India or abroad). Delivery is fast.

This is not olive oil
This is not extra virgin olive oil. It's a really bad version of olive oil. I lived in spain for 3 years and this does look or smell or taste like olive oil.
