Osomount 360 Grip Universal In-Car Holder for All Smartphones (Black)

Just what I needed to hold my phone. I have a Galaxy S5 and the mounts holds it firmly. The hands hold my phone with a tight grip; I did a little off-roading upstate and had no issues with the phone or mount moving and so forth. The hand does expand a good 1/2 inch more for those phones that are wider than the S5. I'm very peculiar about my car so I refuse to put it the mount on my dashboard, especially since some have stated that it does leaves rings. Otherwise I love the product. I did get this product at a reduced rate in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are derived from my own experiences.

I didn't expect to like this contraption. It was a necessity after buying a new/larger cell phone and it wouldn't fit in the normal spots in my truck. Now I am trying to figure out how I lived without it. I am now able to clearly see and interact the phone's screen (I place it in the left-bottom corner of the windshield) any time I need to. The suction is terrific, the look is classy and it holds the phone with just enough pressure. I think I am going to buy some of these as Christmas gifts this year.

doesn't swivel nearly as easily as advertised. I'd recommend putting just a small amount of petroleum jelly on the pivot point so when you want to turn it you can do so easily after loosening the nut. Sticks to my dash well with the adhesive back. I have no idea how much damage will occur if I try to remove it however, but it does scare me a little bit. The car it's in is 17 years old, so I'm not totally worried about it damaging the dash too much, but I'd like to get one of these in my brand new car and AM worried about the damage it may cause in there... I have a Galaxy Note 4 and it has absolutely no problem holding my phone in place. In fact I could probably put a case on and make my phone another 1/2" wider and it'd still fit.

These are very durable; we keep ours on the windshield at all times, so they are ready to mount our phone or gps. You simply wash them with soapy water & dry them if they don't stick then remount. This is a life saver to prevent one from looking down at their phone while driving! We got one for each of our adult kids.

This works great! I can't imagine a phone on the market that won't fit in the grip, and there's no slipping even on the bumpiest road. The base is a little wider than I expected, but I was able to get it to grip in the dash of my little 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder and I have no problems with it at all.

Great grip. The added 3M strip didn't help in my Dodge Avenger for dash placement, but due to the versatility in the device I was able to find a great convenient out of the way place that works perfectly for me.

At first we loved this mount. It attaches very securely to our dash and held either my wifes Sony xperia or my Note 4 very well. Then after using it for less than 2 months the bracket that holds the phone broke and lost it's ability to hold any phone. The springs inside no longer hold it closed. It has no tension. So if you have any of the larger phones I don't suggest this mount.

This is a great mount. Capable of holding anythng almost anywhere! Great suction. It is not "wired", however, this gives you the freedom of keeping the case on your phone. Really great for a Samsung GS5 with the Flip Case.

Ottimo prodotto, attaccato al vetro del mio parabrezza ormai da molto tempo, quindi freddo, sole ecc... non ha fatto una piega, lo smatphone rimane stabile, le plastiche sono di buona fattura, prodotto straconsigliato... unico problema, non riuscivo a staccarlo dal vetro, quindi moooolto stabile, la cosa mi ha fatto piacere. Non l'ho provato sul cruscotto, ma fa la stessa presa del vetro sul disco di plastica del mio TomTom, (stesso diametro). Pienamente soddisfattoi del prodotto, complimenti alla ditta! Lo ricomprerei se mi necessita.

Ja, nun habe ich schon länger ein Mobiltelefon , meist rechts auf dem Beifahrersitz liegen. Bei dem Durchfahren einer Kurve war es dann ab und zu seitlich des Sitzes gerutscht, meist auf der Außenseite, so daß es einer kurzen Fahrtunterbrechung bedurfte, es wieder "hervorzukramen". Die Anschaffung eines Outdor Garmin Navigationsgerätes drängte mich dazu, nun endlich einen festen Punkt in Form einer universell einsetzbaren Gerätehalterung zu erwerben. Das Angebot ist groß, die Wahl des richtigen Produktes schwer. Durch Youtube bin ich auf das Produkt aufmerksam gemacht worden, die Vorstellung war überzeugend. Ich hatte allerdings den Gerätehalter noch bei keinem Einzelhändler gesehen, er schien hier gänzlich unbekannt. Also habe ich ihn bestellt, der Versand (aus GB !!!) hat etwas länger gedauert, aber das ist auch OK. Die Montage an der Frontscheibe war unspektakulär, dafür ist der Sitz spektakulär. Auf der Glasscheibe sitzt der Halter so fest, dass man sicher ohne Mühe die Frontscheibe damit herausreißen könnte. Die Befestigung des Gerätes erfolgt dann über die zwei Klammern, die links und rechts das Gerät "umklammern". Es mag dem einen oder anderen lästig vorkommen, beim Einsetzen der Geräte die Klammern auseinanderziehen zu müssen, die dann beim loslassen stramm das Gerät packen. Ich finde es nicht lästig, der Sitz ist gut und stramm, ich kann mir durchaus vorstellen, daß die Halterung auch Off Road zu verwenden wäre. Als Vorteil der Halterung empfinde ich, daß das zu haltende Gerät schnell aus dem Halter durch Verdrehen des Gerätes herausgenommen werden kann. Auch sind die "Haltebacken" so dimensioniert, daß der relativ dicke Garmin Etrex 30 sicher gehalten wird. Ich komme allerdings nicht auf die Idee, den Saugnapf des Halterfußes auf textilem Untergrund zu befestigen, eine genarbte Kunststoffoberfläche wird eher als Untergrund geeignet sein

I've owned numerous phone mounts over the years and nearly all of them have been more expensive than the OsoMount 360. However, none of them have been anywhere near as good as this product. When you mount it to your windscreen it gives a reassuring rock solid grip but releases really easily if you wish to reposition it. I've found that I prefer mine mounted onto the dashboard to the right of the steering wheel. It sits just as solidly there as it does on the windscreen but now it doesn't obscure my vision at all. The jaws inspire confidence as well, holding the phone firmly but not ridiculously tightly. I find I can mount my iPhone 5c one handed but need to use both hands to insert my iPhone 6 Plus. Despite a huge difference in size this cradle handles both phones with ease. Should it be of any interest I don't use a fitted case on the iPhone 5c but the 6 Plus lives in the leather Apple case and this fits in the OsoMount easily. I have been using this product daily since July 2014 without any issue at all until last week when the spring on the left side jaw broke. For the price that I'd paid for it I very nearly just ordered a replacement unit but then I remembered that it came with a free two year warranty. I decided to email the firm about the broken spring but to be honest I expected to be fobbed off and told that the warranty wouldn't be applicable in this case. How wrong I was. I had a reply from Darren with 5 minutes of my email being sent and a promise of a replacement head being sent out the very same day. And he was good to his word. Within 24 hours of sending my email my Osomount had a brand new head fitted to it, truly outstanding customer service. In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Osomount 360 Grip Mount. It's a fantastic product and it is backed up by truly excellent customer service should anything go wrong.

J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec support bien plus chère , et qui s'est cassé la guele sur le tableau de bord avec le telephone dessus. D'ou mon scepticisme à en racheter un . Ce support est juste formidable, une fois en place il ne bouge plus, comme collé au pare brise , pareil pour le telephone , confortablement agrippé , il est parfaitement maintenu et ne vibre pas. Merci osomount , merci amazon , et merci à ceux qui m'ont , par leurs commentaires fait découvrir ce super produit.
