Yes it would help it if you got lines .. i find vitamin c cream works good on dark under eyes don't have to buy expensive one you can get one for cheap also hyaluronic acid also don't waste you money buying expensive one. Some just put this on packets and charge high prices for them. the ordinary has all of them that work really good also check you home bargains and bm stores try get more sleep and drink alot of water Vitamin c hyaluronic acid has always took my bags away after week of using them

It's only safe to use retinol under 1% and it's not likely that this product has 2.5% of retinol?

If you want to see results you need to buy 2.5% it is safe to use unless you have very sensitive skin the go for 1%

I have been looking at all these products with 2.5% retinol and apart from one they all have the same ingredients.. same manufacturer different label?

I've noticed this too, and they all seem to be made in China, so not sure we can trust the ingredients are not cruelty free and not tested on animals? China is the only country that requires cosmetics to be tested on animals? Which I don't approve of. Are any checks done on these type of cosmetics imported from China?
