These look so much nicer than the polyester covered draft stoppers that attract and pick up dust. The foam is thick enough to fill the gap under doors. The space between the foam is a bit wide for my doors, so they tend to slide sometimes and I have to kick back toward the door frame to close the door, but that wouldn't deter a future purchase or recommendation.

Easy and fast to put together and install. However, it will not glide across the wooded floor with plenty of room to slide, preventing the door from opening & closing. I have tried turning it around too and that did not work. I tried using tape to raise it off the floor, but that only last about an hour. Finally, I decided to cut it in half and simply lay it across the bottom of the door onto the floor and it still won't allow the door to open and close.

I love this it worked exactly like I needed it blocks all the hot air from the summer and the cold air in the winter from coming in from the attic door.

Both packages I ordered came with no ability to mount the thing to a door. No tape. No screws. nothing. So I had to improvise. I got it working, but not as designed. It works fine, doesn't look 'great', but it beats having nothing - when you have giant spaces underneath your door and bugs wonder in or huge drafts during the winter time. So if you purchase, you may have to tinker with it yourself to get it working. I had to use some fender washers and screws to mount this to the door.

It does not sit tight against my door, therefore not really providing good insulation. The width is about 1inch too wide and there is no way to adjust the width.

My SO is a late night person and I'm an early morning person. Add that combination to a small apartment and you have a recipe for disrupted sleep cycles. We had a good temporary solution of stuffing a blanket along the edge of the bedroom door and turning the fan to "On" on the HVAC, but that wasn't the most attractive solution, and it was hard to fill the whole gap under the door consistently.We decided to try this as a more attractive, long-term solution for blocking the gap under the door to the bedroom. It works really well! It was easy to assemble and cut down to size, moves well over the carpet, looks really sharp, and, most importantly, it blocks noise and light remarkably well! Highly recommend
