Speedo Swim Training Fitness Aquatic Gloves

I've recently had back surgery that has resulted in a fairly long recovery time. I'm a 66-year old runner, and anxious to get back on the road, but I've been advised that I need to be very careful of any impact during my rehab, including too much walking. Many years ago I trained with a flotation belt, and thought it might be an acceptable workout to get my strength back without the impact my doctors were concerned about. I purchased the Speedo Aqua Fitness Jog Belt from Amazon (2-day free shipping with Prime!) and have been using it to build back my strength and stamina, and I'm delighted with my choice. As I said, I've used flotation belts before, and found that they have a tendency to slip up, no matter now tightly they're cinched. The Speedo one-piece belt can be cinched tight and it stays in place, allowing me to use it for 20 minutes of workout without having to adjust it. In other words, it stays put! I'm a bit surprised about those other reviews who stated they had trouble figuring out how to adjust the belt. Really? It comes out of the box with the strap threaded through the belt. The only "adjustment" is to tighten the strap, which works exactly like a seat belt on a plane. It should be tightened so that there is no way for the belt to move. If it's adjusted loosely, of course the belt would ride up and be uncomfortable. Pull the belt tight and you're all set! As I discovered years ago when I used a flotation belt for marathon training, this is no sissy's workout. You can work up a sweat, even if you're in the water. It's a great, low-impact way to get your workout, or to supplement your daily run. Having used other flotation products before, I can tell you this belt beats the ones made from 3 or 4 pods. Those slip and are difficult to get to fit properly. They're just plain uncomfortable! The Speedo Aqua Fitness Jog Belt is a really good design, something I'd expect from Speedo. I'm grateful I have something of this quality to complete my rehab period before I hit the road again, and I feel pretty confident that I'm going to add it as a permanent part of my workout.

Great flotation device—strong, sturdy, flexible and will keep you floating. It rides up a little from my waist. Provides safe and maximum flotation in deep water.

Again it's made by SPEEDO so the quality is superb I still use for daily aerobics It's been through a pair of teething kittens, many many different pools, don't know how long I've had it yes if 6ou need to float in any depth of water you can doubt on thus an the belt has plenty of adjustment

This belt is great to keep you up while doing aerobics in the water, HOWEVER, it rides up after the belt gets wet and there is no adjusting it while wearing it. I've tried putting it on so tight I can hardly buckle it but it still stretches. When it rides up, it causes the sides to interfere with your arms moving in the water and can result in chafing along the backs of your arms. It would be a lot better if it had just several blocks of foam (instead of the solid belt) so the blocks could be better placed for maximum comfort. I can't think of a solution for the belt but it would probably be a lot better with the foam blocks to allow for better adjustment (also a different type of clasp on the belt).

it works well but will ride up unless you are truly hourglass shaped!

I got this belt and found that it had several problems for me. Yes, it kept my head above water, but it wasn't comfortable. The webbed belt should always go over the end of the belt before it buckles (check out other items if you don't understand what I am saying). With the webbed belt going under the end of the jogbelt, it allows the very ends to stick out and get in the way of my arms when I am trying to exercise. Also, I couldn't adjust it to stay down around my waist (even going under my belly to keep it in place). It kept riding up around my boobs and made my ribs hurt.

este producto lo compré par ami mamá y que pueda hacer caminata dentro del agua y está muy contenta, se sube un poquito y hay que estarlo bajando pero no le quita su función.

No se puede ajustar y al Hacer Aqua aeróbicos pierdo más tiempo ajustándolo
