I don’t know the dimensions but out of the box they should fit in a stocking just fine. They come in a small box that more than likely won’t fit in a stocking as is...if you take them out of the box there should be no issue with them fitting...

What are the resistance levels for the purple, grey and black band set?

It’s like an EASY, MEDIUM, HARD level. Don’t know if it goes by numbers or actual letters.

Are these efficient enough to use for barbell hip thrusts?

I have EnriQ bands but the colors are different. Mine are grey, pink and green. The grey are very flexible and not effective for thrusts for me. The pink and green are ok
