Simple but useful
What this book is not is: Is a how to book. It does not give instruction or tips on Olympic Lifts or Cross Fit exercises.What this book is: It has some WOD’s (the Girls & Hero’s) with some tips or bullets on Paleo. However it’s primary purpose is to track your strength, PR’s and daily workouts. The log pages are easy to use and I like the fact you can view a weeks worth of logs at one time. Simple and effective tool.Overall this accomplishes its purpose well without all the fluff.

Wod Log
I thought that this was a great little buy. Three days on one page, four on the other so I can see my whole week at a glance. Not nearly enough room to write a WOD unless you write very small. Dividers and book divider very convenient. Has a place in the back to mark down PR's complete with a detailed benchmark and hero wods. I'd def buy it again if I had $20 lying around but now I just a composition notebook because of the extra room.

WOD-tastic!
CrossFitters are a unique bread and the typical exercise journals cannot possibly address our needs.And if your coaches are anything like mine... you better have your Journal of Success ON HAND. Let me quote ..."if you don't keep a record of your past success, how do you know if you are improving?"The WOD Log fits the bill and makes recording keep easy. The hero/named WODS are broken down, kinda scary and useful at the same time. You max reps oly lifting records are available in a quick reference area. It really helps to see your history, especially on those days when if feels like you are broken - then you realize you PR'd - that's a great feeling!Good log book, I recommend it!!

Content = Great; Quality = Meh
I ordered this for my husband, a die-hard Crossfitter. He instantly began using it to track all his WODs, strength exercises, PRs, and "Hero Workouts". The content is great, which is why I would recommend it to anyone into CF...Having said that, the spiral book itself is of "Dollar Store" quality. The cardboard covers are warped, the pages are tissue-paper thin, and the tabs are PAPER and have already crinkled/torn after a few days. At the very least, the tabs should be plastic or laminated. It's not worth the money. My husband doesn't seem to mind, which is the only reason it gets 3 stars.

CrossFit must have.
This is a very useful book. The WOD entry spaces are not quit large enough. I'm new to crossfit so I'm trying to include more information than space allows. I'm sure once I'm more experienced in crossfit I may not need as much space as I do today. I reall like the acronyms in the back and all of the positive sayings in the book.

Good Tracker
I like that this log is easy to use, 1RM of lifts all in one spot, section for Hero and Girl WODs make it easy to keep track. The paper it's printed on is flimsy but I like having my log ordered and not a jumbled mess of randomness in a notebook. For me it works.

Pretty Poor Quality
I was really, really excited to get my WOD Log in the mail to start tracking my PRs and times from Crossfit. Unfortunately, I was also really, really disappointed when I got the book in the mail. Really cheap quality, poor text, and chock full of grammatical errors. Even the percentage for max reps has errors in the chart.Overall, I was very disappointed. I'd try a different log book that is a better quality and offers some additional information about nutrition and diet. And one that doesn't have so many errors . . .Oh, and I never got the WOD pen that was supposed to be included.

Nice log book
Nice book, reasonable price. A day late on shipping but it was here before the recipients birthday so it's was fine! I would purchase again.
