Effective, can be hard to swallow
Was recommended magnesium by GP to help me sleep post menopause, albeit not told what type. These work really well for that and have also reduced my restless legs activity. I feel more alert too bc I'm sleeping more deeply than before. Only downside is they're quite big to swallow, hence 4 stars.

I am a type 2 diabetic and was having nighttime cramp in my legs throughout the night , someone told me to try magnesium, but before I took them I consulted my doctor , he said I was ok to take them . I ordered these magnesium tablets one before, and took one 1 hour before bed with just a small snack, I was amazed I didn’t have any cramp all night I am still going to take one every night untilli know it’s gone , it still might help my legs get stronger with my walking , I would recommend them easy to swallow ._xx

easy to swallow, tasteless and affordable.
I'm giving three stars as not sure if its working. My symptoms are much the same ie, tired, and achy ( 50's) This is my second bag, so been taking it for a while. I am now in a situation that I don't want to stop taking them just in case they are doing me good. I will carry on as they don't upset my tummy etc and if anything at all they can only do me good.
