Frontier Co-op never disappoints. I'm already an avid fan of their spices/herbs and their extracts now as well. I like that this is an all natural coconut extract and non artificial. The price is great for such high quality. Since it does not contain any alcohol it's great for over night oats. I made a fantastic strawberry-coconut preserve and this extract took it to another level. Will try out some more extracts. Highly recommend.

Doesn't taste like coconut
This taste terrible. I don't even smell a nice coconut scent. I used this two times once in baked muffins and once in home made ice cream both times made my recipe taste weird. I wouldn't recommend it. I don't mind paying the price as long as I am receiving a quality product. This is not.
