VIZIO V-Series 40 Class 4K HDR Smart TV

The package came intact. The picture is beautiful. The size is perfect for a bachelor pad. I had intended to buy new but accidentally bought renewed. I was very unhappy and wrote the seller. He/she tried to send a message to the warehouse to cancel the purchase but instead I got a message a few hours later that it had shipped. I was considering returning but the buyer has to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I have used tv's I could have shipped my son, so that would defeat the purchase.I can tell you, that I am relieved and happy that all turned out far beyond expectations.It looks new and unused.

I picked one of these up as a refurbed unit and it came in perfect condition. The quality of the picture is excellent and it sounds good too. I put this into service on a PC with 4K output and it works just great.

I contacted customer support after I could not get audio for the TV to turn on when It automatically turns off for no reason. The audio settings don't work to turn it back on. There is no ETA for a fix for this glitch.

I've only had this t.v. for 7 months and when i turn it on either i get a black screen or it flashes off and on. I have to watch for the restart t.v. screen flashes comes on the screen after i hit the triangle button on my remote. This upsets me i can't afford a new one.

I don't know what they mean when they say 'Sheeernesws'.

Great TV. Come equipped with lots of great apps. Does not come with VGA connection, only aux, component, and HDMI. Privacy is an issue, prepare to lose a lot of features if you do not want your TV to know what you’re watching.

Has apps to watch tv already installed so I do not have to pay for dish. Great picture quality and ok sound quality

The 4k pictures are amazing. You have to have the correct box from you TV service provider to make it work! Also the content has to be broadcasted in 4k! I would recommend this TV!
