Having previously tried using a hozelock push on adapter to the the kitchen tap which supposedly tightens on with a jubilee clip - it was a disaster. Kept coming off and loads of water everywhere. I purchased this item hoping it would fix the issue. Unscrew the aerator from the kitchen tap and screw this on just finger tight. Works perfectly. Normal hose attachments when just click onto it. You have to be a little careful not to put strain on the tap whilst putting the hose on and off. No leaks and fine under pressure. It has a rubber ring inside which will probably deteriote over time so that will need replacing at somepoint somehow. Only thing was when received I found there was a lot of loose brass filings on the thread. Worth removing first with a paper towel and a small screwdriver. The other adapter I've not used but it looks good as an alternative to the plastic ones

got this today and tried it straight away, very easy to fit to kitchen mixer tap and easy to remove when not in use,the hose connecter is very sturdy and fits the tap adapter well, when you look at the other listings you only get the tape adapter so this purchase was a no brainer 2 for 1very happy

Nice strong build, but it leaks when coupled together, even after fitting a new seal.I only use it at low pressure, so can't comment how bad it would be at full pressure.

Bought it to connect to utility room water tap in the house since the outside water tap is too cold in the winter to hose the dog down... very well made and fits all very well together.Can recommend.

Per chi ha necessità di attaccare un tubo di gomma da 1/2" sfruttando un comune rubinetto questo prodotto è l'ideale, consente di sfruttare sia la filettatura interna del rompigetto che quella esterna. L'adattatore e l'attacco rapido sono in ottone finemente lavorato, facile da montare, il prezzo è inferiore a quelli di plastica. Per me è un buon acquisto.

Mein Sohn wohnt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in dem man ihm nicht erlaubt einen Gartenschlauch im Waschkeller anzuschließen um das Planschbecken für seine Söhne zu befüllen.Nun es gibt aber nunmal eine Wiese hinter dem Haus die eigentlich für so etwas da ist. Also besorgte die Oma mal eben einen 15 Meter Gartenschlauch und eben diesen Anschluss. Am alten Küchenwasserhahn angeschlossen( vorher natürlich das Endstück des Hahns abgeschraubt) und so war ein Befüllen eines Planschbeckens aus dem 3. Stock eine schnelle Geschichte. Beim ersten Versuch spritzte etwas Wasser an dem Adapter, nachdem man dann noch mal alles zusammen steckte bis der Anschluss des Schlauches richtig einrastete war alles perfekt ohne Dichtband oder ähnliches. Ich empfehle diesen Anschluss jedem der keine Möglichkeit hat im Keller oder an einem Außenhahn einen Gartenschlauch anzuschließen.

La calidad del conector es excelente y la uso para conectar una manguera al grifo del fregadero donde dispongo de agua caliente, el desagüe del fregadero esta lejos del colector principal y en ocasiones no traga lo suficiente, en ese caso conecto la manguera con agua caliente directamente al desagüe con un acople para que tome toda la presión y la temperatura del grifo, en un momento la tubería queda limpia.
