This stuff is awesome. I have the most vivid and intense dreams of my life. They're usually bad dreams, but im down for it lol. Take this with caution if you're susceptible to nightmares. But if you see dreams as a cool experience regardless if they are good or bad then give this a try. Its worth it if you dream journal. Pill size is normal. Great value. This product helps with appetite control, for sure! I am barely hungry throughout the day and my cravings are under control. I wouldn't say it has helped with weight loss because i regularly exercise, so my body is just at a normal weight and i cant lose any weight anyway. But this stuff really works with appetite control. It also helps with mental clarity. im always on the go working, and this stuff helps with mental cognition and whatnot. it helps with energy as well. I am on my third bottle now. I just take it as a supplement, but don't depend on pills or capsules for everything in life. put in the effort with healthy eating and regular exercise.

Bought this to help with energy about 6 mos after Covid 19. It messed with my sleep at night and made me tired during the day so stopped taking. My daughter tried it and had worked well for brain fog and some other issues after having 2 babies over a 2 yr period and nursing both for a year. She was still foggy and exhausted after concluding her breastfeeding and I think this has worked to help lift the brain muddle. She even has enough energy now to ski so it must be working somewhat. I’m not sure if my problems with this are somehow Covid 19 related because I also had a problem with a Thorne 500 mg Taurine that also had great reviews. I felt worse with it and I itched and had minor hives on my head and back with it. I would still like to find a Taurine and ALCAR that would work for me. My Covid started late in Feb and lasted with Very minor Issues until out of the blue my oxygen levels tanked into the 50s one and several other times in the 70s and 80s until the end of April. The NYFD paramedics gave me oxygen 5 times and thankfully I never had to be placed on a ventilator. I used a Nebulizer when I could tell it was about to drop and it thankfully worked. I now just want to regain some energy and boost my immunity so I don’t get it a second time. I have no antibodies left for it per my blood work which happens with light cases. I gave this 3 stars because it worked for my daughter. I think my immune and other systems are still affected by the virus.

So let me start off that I rarely leave reviews but this vitamin deserves it. I got it yesterday night and for the last few days I was in a horrible mood,constantly tired, and always sore no matter how much rest I got, I was even taking naps during my lunch break but it was not helping. Did some research and came across this vitamin I took it last night and this morning and I gotta say I already feel better and I was even told I look way better than I did these last few days. I took two of these vitamins but I opened up the capsules and I poured the powder into a bottle of water and shook it and chugged it in one go. I have not felt I have a fishy aftertaste or fishy breath. The only aftertaste I have is that of a lemon. I hope this helps anyone on deciding to take this vitamin. I will update if I have any changes.
