Our tenants have just recently moved out, it seems they had been letting their dog and cats us ever he house as a toilet. When you opened the front door, the smell of stale dog urine hit you and was almost vomit inducing. We located the problem area to the kitchen, we pulled up the Lino to reveal a yellow jelly like liquid everywhere, it had penetrated the wooden cupboards, the concrete floor and the brickwork! I tried everything to get rid of the smell, all the usual diy stuff plus the commercial kennel cleaner we 'thought' would do the job for the cost of it. No, nothing worked. Bleach, vinegar, expensive cleaners... nothing helped at all. We were beginning to believe that along with replacing the kitchen, we would need to get rid of the concrete floor. Then I bought this, on a whim. I immediately regretted it, thinking for the price it wouldn't work. It arrived the next day and I went along to the house armed with this little bottle of magic. I filled a spray bottle with the recommended amount plus a little more for good luck. The smell was really nice, fresh lemon scent but perhaps not strong enough for my liking...needless to say... I sprayed the concrete liberally, every corner, every crack and I waited the recommended twenty minutes, but instead of washing it away I just sprayed more and more and more... I wanted it to penetrate the concrete and get rid of that haunting smell! I left it overnight, came back in the morning and opened the door, and my nose wasn't met with the pleasant door of lemons that I had left. But it wasn't overpowering dog urine either, it was still there but only vaguely.. my husband said he couldn't smell anything. But I knew it wasn't all gone, I ended up using half a bottle of this, and treated the floor for three days, I also used it upstairs in the bathroom where they had let cats urinate. The rest I took home and I use it to freshen up our dogs bedding and carpets. We spent an absolute fortune, over £200 tryin to get rid of the smell from our concrete floor, 5 years of dog urine. And this product got rid of it, once and for all. It's amazing! If it can get rid of dog urine from concrete, and cat urine from tile grout, then it can get the smell out of anything. It's a small bottle, and at first glance you would be shocked that it cost so much. But as the old saying goes, good things come in small packages.

Mad lemon is absolutely amazing, I have just recently discovered and now entirely recommend this fantastic product! When tenants moved out, the house and one carpeted room in particular ponged really badly of dog (I love dogs but this smell was beyond belief unclean, so bad that it literally made us wretch). After thoroughly cleaning the house, the stench still there, we thought we would give this product a go (based on reading a string of highly positive reviews) and after the first bottle the smell had improved so much that we bought 2 more bottles. A bottle a day for 3 days, half in the morning, half in the evening, diluted with water and sprayed to saturate the carpet and also flagstone and even wood areas - it really does combine to change offensive smells into something bearable and then actually pleasant and clean! I would say a miracle product. It does not mask but seems to actually permanently changes and destroys bad smells. Definitely a product I will buy again! Five stars from me!!

I purchased this after my cat cane in season and started moo like a cow and peeing all over my house. I was at my wits end with her! I’d tried every product possible. Read the reviews and purchased this product. The reviews stated it would eliminate the smell, it certainly does that! Couldn’t smell cat at all after using it. Finally I felt free from cat wee! use with caution on carpets as it has an oily texture to it, so always follow instructions of usage. It was also stated that it would get rid of the smell so your cat couldn’t smell themselves and wee again in the same spot.. this is untrue. One wee on a new rug, cleaned as stated, I couldn’t smell cat wee but she could and again weed in the same place. I found in all fairness what worked best is shampoo the carpet in bold washing powder, towel dry by standing on it, add this product and leave to dry. After doing this my cat never went back to the same spot. Don’t forget anything wet spreads, so always do the surrounding area too and not just the spot.

Item came quickly, very small bottle; my error. I should have read the listing properly for the size. Dilute with water, which allows you to make up what you want when you want. The smell is nice, however when cleaning down my dog area the smell is still there which, purpose for buying was to clean germs away and leave smelling nice for longer. The amount paid is far to much for what it's worth, there are other products on the market for the price and effectiveness

Iv just purchased this. Very expensive for what it is, BUT, worth every penny. It WORKS!!!!! It arrived and I mixed 2fluid oz with a Ltr of tepid water. Decanted the mixture into a clean spray bottle. Wow.!!!!! Was I surprised. It actually works. It is in My person opinion brilliant. My two boys use one large litter tray, I am very particular about not wanting to smell their tray. Iv been smelling their tray. Hence purchasing this. I sprayed the inner tray and the cat litter No more smells, Iv used it on my Curtains, carpets, Scatter cushions, litter mats, and my lino floor. Please test on Your materials. I’ll definitely buy again. It smells of lemon but delicate.

This works so very well when it comes to per smells. My poor pup was going thru some tummy stuff and also after an op she had some issues with bladder control. I tried so many products and this was the only one that really did what I needed. Very fresh and you'd never know they'd been an accident

Got a tom cat I haven't got the heart to get him neutered so it's been a battle for a while tracking the smell where he sprays or urinates in the house, tried other products but they never eradicate the smell totally and usually leaves behind a mixed smell of stale urine/spray and the products itself. This stuff is superb though depending on how you dilute it and apply it, my trick has been to just saturate the areas where my cat has been doing his thing and just let it dry out and whereas before I could still pick out the smell of urine/spray I can't smell anything now! The liquid in the bottle is laced with a nice and clean strong lemony citrus scent. Not too sure if it supposed to be a sort of deterrent to a cat going back the spots to urine/spray again but I've been using this stuff for a few weeks now on and off and the cat hasn't done his thing in those areas or anywhere else since! Little pricey at 15 quid for a not so big bottle but it's been worth it and would definitely recommend this product to anyone with similar issues.

Its smells nothing like leom its not made of lemon I don't know why they call it lemon. Its a febreze like chemical smell ..not natural lrmon based at all whatsoever. Yheres a 100% orange oil one that works amazingly it was unavailable so I got this and it said the ingredients were " lemon" the ingredients are not lemon. It smells absolutely aweful..like flash or dettol or something. Its hard to say if it eliminates odor as the stench is so strong ... Alum powder in water is a great odor eliminator I thankfully have some of that and aomw orange oil left. this is already giving me a headache and I hate that the info was totally lying.just to add an hour after using it I have a headache and my mouth is gone dry which is what happens after I use febreze. Really annoyed that this kind of thing can be sold without proper ingredients its highly dangerous to not state the ingredients. Good job I am only mildly allergic and am not in anaphylaxis right now but someone could be. Its a disgrace that they can label it as lemon. And I tried my old orange oil along side it it works faster and better at removing the smell ...so if natural works better I wouldn't buy this. Except that the natural one is unavailable. So annoyed. Thankfully got a refund.

I just ordered Mad Lemon Co. Odor Eliminator a few days ago and what a difference it has made in my home! I have a very pet friendly home and the product really works. I now use the product in the litter boxes and it keeps the smell away. I also have a son who plays hockey and his equipment smells really bad. I sprayed down his equipment and Mad Lemon took all of the smell away. I have also used it in my trash can and sprayed down the inside of my car. Great to see a product that actually does what it says. You have made me a believer. 5 Stars!

its the best remover I have reordered it several times . I have a yorkie that always misses the pad and the corner it removes the urine and the odor I can't say enough about it
