I'm a fan of candy like fruit snacks and Gushers, but not gummies, which have gelatin. The best soft fruit candy has starch (like potato or wheat) but no gelatin, which is bouncy. This licorice is the absolute perfect texture, a smooth and fruity bite that is not sticky or adhesive, and absolutely popping with fruit flavor like you're eating a little cylinder of jam. I love the strawberry the best but all three flavors are perfect. Can't get enough of these.

Darrell Lea does know how to make some good licorice. It is soft while still being firm and not too sweet. I do wish the flavor profile was stronger. Each piece is cut short (1.25"x.25"), probably to make it more snackable. It is worth it to try once, maybe twice.

Has a flavor profile that my American palate is unfamiliar with, but is tasty. Not as appetizing as the more familiar Twizzlers are, and that translates to a treat that I will enjoy over time (allowing for adjustment) instead of devouring in a second. Really like that there isn't any GMO, High Fructose Corn Syrup, or Maltitol, making it far healthier than other types. ***UPDATE*** "Oi, oi, oi !!!" my new favorite! 5⭐️'s

Amazing Flavor with a soft chewy texture shipped from a plane flight 3 weeks ago on the other side of the world, yet priced as if it came from a local Whole Foods (with a Black Friday discount!!). The flavors are incredibly true to their natural founding, with a lower sugar content than anything I found in the US. Soft, very chewy, and fun to enjoy, one of my favorites. I am certain you will enjoy this amazing product if you love licorice, jellies, fruit flavored candy, old fashioned candy, healthy or health conscience candy, or need something to lift your spirits during Christmas movies, football games or reviews like this one (lol, I think).

I don't understand the excitement. It was very mid, these short rods of vaguely fruit flavored gummy stuff. Honestly, Swedish fish are better. Twizzlers are better. This stuff left us all very disappointed.

These were very yummy. Sift and chewy. My kids lived them. Better tasting than most. No chemical taste.

Love the licorice but multiple bags were exposed to flies. One had an actual fly in the licorice and my son found a worm in another bag. I thought maybe it was just by chance after the worm but then I found the fly. Shameful. Bags came sealed and in a box from Amazon so it seems it is production issue.

I had never heard of this brand until trying it at my daughter's house. She had received it in a gift box and loved it. She had two bags and gave one to me to try. I really love it. I had never been a fan of licorice...just ok and not a choice I would have made if buying candy. She told me Amazon carried it so I ordered it after eating the bag she had given me. It is so good. Soft, chewy and I love the flavors. I have never been a fan of green apple, but this is great. I love the blend of the mango, green apple and strawberry. Not strong flavors, just good. I wouldn't recommend it for people with a lot of dental work, or tooth issues. It does kind of stick to your teeth.

Not really liquorice but who cares, this stuff is lush. Nice flavour, chewy and delicious - not much more to say other than try it!

Thought I'd try something different from traditional liquorice, it's quite nice lovely fruity flavours, if you fancy a change give it a go you never know.
