Very Good post Binder
These are great. They are well made, with three aluminum posts. The advantage they have over a ring binder, for my purposes, is that they are shallower. They will fit easily on a shelf 10 or 11 inches deep, whereas a ring binder needs more than 11 inches, closer to 12. The disadvantage of post binders (including these) is that you cannot add or remove a page in the middle of the binder without taking out (and later putting back in) all of the pages in front of the old page (or the point of insertion of a new page). These binders have a clear plastic layer over the black plastic of the binding, so you can insert a label on the binding. Unlike many 3-ring binders, these do not have such a clear layer on the cover, so you cannot insert a page for the cover. In that respect, they are designed moreto sit on a shelf, with the binding facing outward, than to lie on a table (as a handout, say, for a presentation).

Way better than a normal binder
The media could not be loaded. Can flip through the thin pages with ease! So glad I bought it

Perfect for loose leaf books
This binder is exactly what you'll need to secure a loose leaf college text book or any large loose material that can be placed in a three ring binder. The more common three ring binders will hold the pages in a manner which will eventually cause the pages to tear, which may potentially cause a loss of the investment. The cover material is extremely durable and not much larger than the pages themselves, so the form factor is quite convenient.

Professional quality, easy to use.
If you’re serious about your binders, you want these. I use these for my knitting patterns and for recipes. They’re much easier to manage than three ring binders, once you learn how the mechanism works. Easy to add and remove pages. They lay flat when you use them. I bought them after working with shipboard manuals for the military, which use this style of binder.

Highly recommend!
The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about this after reading some of the reviews but it was perfect for what I needed. I had a 317 page publication that I needed a binding for. The 2” worked well with a little room to spare. It comes with 5 colorful tab dividers. The binding opens very easily and is a great design. After looking at what it costs to get something professionally put in a binding or even pressboard report covers, this was the way to go!

This is a nice binder and I'll buy more
This is a nice binder and I'll buy more. I gave it four stars because the sides are slightly bowed, and I'm hoping keeping pressure on them for a short time will help them to lie flat.

A good choice if you want to bind about a ream or more of paper in one binder.
It was exactly what I needed. It is a loose leaf binder that binds letter size paper when filled that looks more like a book binding than a 3 hole loose leaf binder. That's the look I wanted for my papers when the binder is filled. It will hold several hundred pages. I didn't count how many. Very pleased with it. Feels sturdy enough to last a long time with normal use.
